Today all the bags I received in the afternoon were lacking the frozen water bottles that kept them cool. This isn't the first time it's happened. Service to the house was rushed, as all my bags (one item per bag) were on the steps rather than the front porch. They were very visible from the street should someone decide to help themselves to my groceries. I received 3 containers of strawberries instead of the 4 they said were delivered. I received a bag of mini cucumbers that i didn't order. And I received eggs they had previously texted would've be delivered. So I had ordered more, which also came. Obviously the morning staff is more diligent. The portion of my order that came earlier was packed perfectly. Maybe I should start shopping myself, like I did this afternoon, to assure that I receive what I want and that it's fresh.
