I've been twice to this place. After two rounds of dip in, I decided to go natural for a while and I discovered that my nails are completely ruined. They drill so much into the nails to take the dip in fast, that they weaken them so much they break and chip. It will take months for them to grow back and recover. I've never had this done to my nails before. Shame because the people there are nice but I'll never go back. read more

Absolute worst experience ever ! Dont be fooled by the lovely interior of this salon. Watch out for the owner who is a neurotic bully and mistreats customers as well as her own staff who appear to be scared of her . We had an appointment and after waiting 30 minutes, which we didn't even complain about We got moved around twice from chair to chair without anyone starting our nails and when my daughter and I made a simple request of sitting together (normal regular when you book together !) , we got yelled at by the owner (who yelled that she was trying to run a business and could refuse service to anyone who didn't like how she did things and to get out!). Truly shocking and unprofessional and disproportionate reaction given the situation. It would be one thing to kick a customer out if they were being rude or demanding, but that was clearly not the case at all. She literally made my teenage daughter cry and ripped the nail foils off my hands and practically shoved us out the door. We will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau for bullying. Hard to believe anyone like this could be running a business in vero beach. The word has spread in John's Island and many of her new customers will not be going back. Many customers say she takes on too many bookings makes them wait for ages and does a rush job. No wonder she has such a low rating on Yelp ! read more

My manicure and pedicure was done extremely quickly. For my pedicure my water was not hot at all, which was upsetting due to the fact that I paid over $55 for it. When I called and spoke to the owner to ask about having the polish redone on 3 nails, she declined saying "That's what happens when you get a regular manicure." We went back 2 more times & that all changed. The owner & the other technician were cold & seemed angry & rushed through our gel manicures. Our nails turned out in awful, lumpy shapes & our polished chipped within a week. The tools were not sanitized, as they promised they would be. When we tried to communicate our concerns to the owner & technicians, we got a nasty,codescending response. These people are not kind & not respectful. Beautiful facility. Quality of pedicure done by older gentleman was not great but ok. Manicure was sloppy and cuticles bled. Manicurist was constantly on the phone and overall distracted. My first time there. The place is aesthetically beautiful compared to every other nail place in Vero. But that's all you are going to pay for. The pedicure was rushed, even though I did not want nail polish on. Extremely costly for an extremely bad job, even without the polish. I paid for a regular Pedi, but instead got a quicklike carwash in 15min, from the time I entered the place. Bad energy in that place, everything is rushed and the only one who speaks English is the Owner/Manager. Then again most places in Vero are the same. Will definitely NOT be going back. I got a "healthy" dip manicure & a pedicure. I'd never gotten dip before but trusted them that it was "healthy" as they put it. Upon further research, I've found it is actually one of the worst things for your nails (acrylic powder mixed with glue). It destroyed my nails and FYI- no salon wants to remove dip polish. It was very unsanitary (the dip process overall and manicure station). I am unaware of any sanitizing, if it did take place. Cuticles were a mess still, likely bc manicure (cuticle portion) was done post-dip. Weird, I think, especially with cuticles needing as much attention as mine did. I was heartbroken, honestly. I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new nail place to call home. The younger woman who greeted me and checked me out was the highlight of the experience and the only reason I am not leaving this as a one-star review. The older man who did my pedicure wouldn't look me in the eye and never said a single word to me. I had originally assumed it was a language barrier and tried not to think anything of it, but when other guests he knew came in, he spoke perfectly clear and kind language to them. Since he wouldn't speak to me, he literally pulled, jerked, or slapped my feet or legs if I wasn't reading his mind and doing what he wanted. I tried to talk to him or smile at him to ask what I should do, but again - he wouldn't talk to me. Wouldn't communicate. Just pushed and pulled me around. Beyond that, the pedicure was awful. It was full of bumps, uneven, and was all over the side of my toes. The second I was done, he again poked my leg and pointed at the exit, where I assumed he wanted me to dry my toes? Or he just wanted to get rid of me. I honestly don't know. There weren't other people waiting for my seat, so I was surprised to be pushed out so quickly - typically, after a pedicure I'm able to sit still and let it dry a little bit while in the seat. The pedicure didn't last, probably because of the bubbles and lumps. I literally didn't dare to ask him about it because of how disconnected and rude he was. This happened weeks ago and I've been sitting and wondering whether or not to leave a review. The location is nice, and again, the younger woman who was both serving as cashier and taking care of clients was wonderful. But this man was just awful and left me with just an icky and frustrated feeling, and at the end of the day, it was an overpriced pedicure and poorly done. read more

I visit Vero often to see my family and have had a hard time finding a salon that meets my needs. I decided to try Lychee and treat my boyfriend to his first mani and pedi. The location is perfect and the salon is so modern and pretty. The pedicure chairs were fancy and comfy. They provide complimentary wine which is a plus. Casey did my pedi and Ivy did my boyfriend. He loved the experience and said he would come back with his work friends. Everything was clean, quick, and friendly. We will be back next time we are in town! read more
