After having them held for a short time, she decided to purchase. We got home and she looked them up online. Turns out they marked them up about 40% and then sold them for pretty much the same price we saw them on multiple websites, including the Lucchese website. I really hate dishonesty. My friend wanted to return them just b/c of the deception, but their horrid return policy meant she was stuck with them and a bad feeling in her gut for believing a small business in our great downtown area! My experience in detail 1. I'd gone to purchase the whole…read moretuxedo outfit - jacket, pants, shirt, shoes, bowtie. 2. The sales advisor was professional. He provided options and I was pleased with the suit. They don't allow you to try on a shirt, so he provided one to me to try at home. The pants needed adjustment so he measured for the changes. There were four weeks to the event and he requested three weeks. 3. We came back after three weeks and the pants didn't fit. They were too loose, and too short. He asked for two days to adjust again. 4. We went back two days later, and the pants had not been adjusted. They asked for another day. 5. We went back the next day, and the pants had not been adjusted. By then we were three days from the wedding. The manager or owner then told the Sales agent to return our adjustment money and we needed to solve the issue on our own. 6. We, desperately, went to "The Best Tailor House" in Stonebriar Mall." Within 15 minutes, they'd measured and made the changes. It was flawless. We also found out that "The Best Tailor House" sold Tuxedo's ans shoes and were even cheaper. 7. What I learned is that having a tailor matters, and customer commitment matters. On both of these ISW Meanswear falls short. In terms of choice they're quite good, but I question that value of they can't get the product in time, and when they run out of time, they essentially ask you to solev the issue on your own. Next time I'll go directly to "The Best Tailor House" and skip the unecessary trips and frustration.

They have a decent selection of boots and hats for both children and adults. They also have a limited but impressive selection of shirts, accessories, and western wear. The customer service is excellent. The minute you walk in the door they are ready to help you find whatever you are looking for. My only disappointment is that I was expecting the prices to be at least 25% less than Cavender's. They are a little strip mall store but this does not mean they pass lower prices on to you.

Got the bag and had the pants hemmed. About $600 all together. I don't know suits too well but after hunting for what felt like forever, I feel I got a good value on this suit. Service was slow - maybe they were busy? I had to wait often for someone to come to me on both occasions. Good suit selection here, giving it 3 stars because I have a sensitive nose and the right half of the store smells very strongly for some reason. This isn't the only suit store to be like this - a few others that were not well ventilated had the same issue, and some didn't at all.

These guys will get you the suit you want, not the suit they want to sell you. The store itself is clean and organized, with a simple elegance and not a trace of pretense. The salesperson Mohamed wasted no time greeting me as I entered, and was extremely friendly and helpful, giving his recommendations without trying to derail your train of thought. Apparently his dad owns the small local chain, and it definitely has the feel of a family business without the corporate fog lingering over the shopping experience. He maintained eye contact, repeated what I had told him, and avoided upselling first thing, while still giving his humble recommendation. He compared shades of blue to see what I preferred, and in what might have been a stroke of luck, the first blazer he pulled had the right fit and sleeve length; only the slacks required hemming, but they offered next day pickup. It was practically meant to be! The pricing is very reasonable. The suit, shirt, tie and pocket square came to about 300 dollars. Of course I paid more, I selected French cuffs and couldn't resist the US Navy cufflinks he showed me. They may have options for clearance, I didn't check. But whether you're ballin on a budget, or looking to empty your wallet, they'll happily work with your budget. Pretty easy to find, although I'd park next to Macy's, Waze took me to the front entrance. If you're dressing for the job you want, or looking sharp for the ladies, they'll help you get the suit you need.

For reference, there were more employees there than customers. Once I was able to get an employee to help, it didn't feel like he wanted to make a sale. I basically had to sell myself on the bag. The neutral - You have to ring a bell to be let in. I guess it makes sense, since the products are generally open to customers. This does prevent theft. But it still made me feel a little off... but overall I get it. The good - There was a huge selection and they had a range of pieces from all luxury designers. The piece I selected I have seen on other resale markets and I have determined I got a great deal. My bag has been available elsewhere for $200-300 more than what I paid for it. The staff was super helpful. It does get busy so make an appointment or you may be stuck waiting over an hour to get some help. I did NOT make an appointment (rookie move) and did end up having to come back about an hour later. All good though. When I did return, I was promptly seen and had a great experience. I liked it so much so that I ended up just asking for store credit and bought another bag! Oh well. So much for going here to make $ by selling a bag. I did do that but then I spent like 5x that trade in price on a new item. I guess I did kind of get paid bc I got such a great deal on the new bag? YES, that's the reality I choose to believe :).
