My wife and I were looking to buy a rental property from out of state and Tiffany was prompt in getting back to me (always a great first start), we chatted with a couple agents but Tiff was easy to talk to and had a few strategies we liked out of the gate. And she was an ASU grad so bonus points! We narrowed in on a budget, cities, and showing strategy (we bought sight unseen due to how competitive it is right now so coming to view each property didnt make sense) so virtual tours were key. We put trust in her to look at the house, point out any red flags and give offer advise. She even talked us away from one house we wanted to offer on which is good in my opinion, that's why you hire someone with industry experience, so we really appreciated that it wasn't just ablut closing a deal. We had specific requirements so after looking for about a month, she ended up finding us a beautiful house in Tempe before it hit the market and negotiated with the seller to work out a deal. We 100% would not have got that house if it wasn't for her and may still be looking today. We're very happy, and finally met her in person on inspection day. We were also in another state, so she had to tour houses and take videos for us until we relocated to AZ, before buying a house. Brit rose to the challenge, because she is simply the best. First, she is professional. You can tell this isn't her first rodeo, and she deftly navigated various challenges we encountered during our buying process. She is very knowledgeable, not just in geographic areas, but also the process. She did her due diligence in evaluating the conditions of houses (since we could not initially tour them in person) as well as comparables in the market. Even past our closing, we've continued to occasionally ask her for recommendations for various services. She has not once steered us wrong. She also had to play psychologist and cheer us up when our first offer was declined and the sellers chose another buyer. Throughout the process, she was the rock that we could lean upon. I'm pretty sure we didn't get any special treatment in this process - that she treats all of her buyers and sellers this way. She was always available to us when we had questions (and we tried not to monopolize or abuse her time). We were very particular about what we wanted in our house, and she did a tremendous job of showing us only places that met our criteria. She didn't try to push us to consider homes that weren't what we wanted. It's our intention to make the house we purchased our long-term residence, so hopefully we will not need her assistance in the future. The seller was open to being represented, and connected with Bill and his team for a consultation. Our realtor, Mark, thought a certain figure was a reasonable selling price, but Bill felt, given current market conditions, it should actually be much higher.
