Great service that came to the rescue! We needed a ride from LAX back home in San Diego at around…read moremidnight. We got stuck in Maui due to the Tsunami warning and missed our connecting flight home. Affordable Airport Transportation had great reviews and followed up with my request in minutes. We had our car booked 5 minutes later. When we arrived in LA, our driver Ahmad texted me that he was waiting for us. Gave us his location and we found him immediately. Even at midnight, LA traffic was backed up and several freeways were either backed up because of reduced lanes or completely closed, but Ahmed was familiar with the area and expertly navigated us around and got us home safe and sound and super quick. So glad we came across them. They backed up their promises and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future! Thank you!!!

This was, hands down, one of the most disappointing and dishonest service experiences I've had in a…read morelong time. We were quoted a price in advance for a short, 10-minute shuttle ride -- already steep, but we were on our way to a very important family event, so I didn't push back. When we arrived, the driver arbitrarily added 20% to the price, claiming it was "because of all our bags." This was never mentioned up front. He waited until we were unloading to spring the surprise charge on us -- a classic bait and switch. And then, as if that wasn't enough, he had the audacity to ask for a tip. I was with my family and didn't want to make a scene, so I paid. But I left feeling completely taken advantage of. Rarely have I felt so blatantly fleeced. This was not just unprofessional -- it was opportunistic and shady. Do yourself a favor: steer clear of this service unless you enjoy last-minute charges and being made to feel like a walking wallet.
