I grew up with a Dad who ran an auto parts store. The stores today of course aren't like my Dads, back in the 1950-60s. But I have to say, THIS store is as close as I've seen. Friendly, helpful, not condescending with their knowledge, generous with their time. I woke up this morning not knowing I was going to have to drop $350 at an auto parts store. This was my first time coming to this location . The purpose of my visit was to get some AA…read morebatteries for my wireless keyboard and mouse. I decided to come here instead of going to a more traditional store, in hopes of a lesser crowd. There were a few people getting assisted when I walked in , so no one greeted me. Took off for this but at least they were assisting others and not just being unpleasant on purpose. I ended up having to ask where the batteries were, since I could not locate them on my own. One of the male sales associate quickly pointed me in the direction to where the batteries were. I guess regardless to where you go , batteries are just notoriously expensive! I didn't look around the store much but it's your typical automotive store. I was happy to get my expensive batteries minus the crowd. John who completed my transaction was fast , helpful and friendly. I would come here again for automotive needs or for more batteries!
