I purchased a set of 4 MB GLS580 wheels & tires from Dan. They were advertised as brand new, not damaged. I called Dan to confirm, and he reassured me they were brand new and there was no damage whatsoever. I received them packaged well to find 1 rear wheel has a scratch on the face and the other rear wheel has a ding on the side of a spoke. His pictures did not show the damage as they were taken too far away to see it. Also, one of the wheel sensors was no good as the battery in it was dead. The tire and wheel with the bad sensor are 5 yrs old which explains the dead sensor. The other 3 tires were 2 yrs old with good sensors. I called Dan immediately and got no answer, left him a message to call me. I sent him pics of damaged areas. It's funny, I called twice before I purchased them, and he always answered the phone. He never calls me back to address the problems. He would only reply with meaningless text messages. I told him via text to either take some money off for the NOT DISCLOSED damaged wheels and sensor or I'll send them back. He never responded and did nothing! SO, A WARNING TO FUTURE BUYERS! I absolutely do not recommend buying from Dan and this Company because they do not take responsibility for any misrepresentation on their behalf for what they sell. Bottom line, if it shows up in any different condition than advertised or what you were told, you're stuck with it.! read more

I had a set of wheels for a very special car. Unfortunately one of them had a broken bolt. These are 2 piece bolted wheels. Dan had a refurbished set. I purchased wheels for over 4k from Dan. Paid him cash. He offered to take my old rims and "fix"the one that was broken. He has them painted and while doing so breaks the bolts on another one. He then tells me the price is 1200 for the other 2 that were painted. He wants to sell me my rims back for 1200 and broke one of them and was not able to fix the one that was originally broken. I felt that was unfair and explained to him that had he told me that he was going to charge 1200 I would not have agreed to the job. Now he has my rims and is refusing to give them back. I offered him to keep the rims and refund me 1000 for prior purchased rims. He refused and is keeping my rims that he painted without my permission. Why would I need an extra set of incomplete rims.
