In shock how my wife and I just got treated. We took our vehicle there many times, because of there outstanding installers. We just got told by the lady that works in the front, that they don't want to work on our vehicle because I gave the installers a hard time about an installation of fenders. That never happened! In fact I was beyond nice about this. When I picked up our vehicle the first time, and they advised that the part (fender) could be wrong, because of the fitment. I was told by your installer to contact "Rough Country" and see if it's the right part. I was more than happy too. I contacted the manufacturer and they advised it was indeed the correct part. The company even sent me additional instructions, and extra hardware (just in case if they needed it). I went back to her 3/1/24 and advised her that I heard back from the manufacturer, and it was the correct part. I even said " I know it's going to cost a more, due to the installer having to cut" and she said no problem, we can do it. When picking up the vehicle, they did a great job! And she charged me $200 and on the first visit an additional $200. I don't mind, I never went there for the cost but the quality. How did I give you or any of your installers a hard time? If I did that I'm sure they would have refused me service.. I was more than happy to pay whatever the price was going to be for the installation. I have never asked once for a hook up on pricing or my wife. In fact my wife asked a price on something and she stated " whatever the installation time is on the instructions, we charge a $100.00 an hour" and that was completely understood. I always had good conversations with all their installers, and not once did they express any type of grievance towards us. If pricing was the issue, the pricing comes from her, and not us. I'll reiterate we never asked for hook up pricing. We just wanted to pay for quality work. The installers should be upset with her, and not us. We don't have any control of pricing. The only thing we have control of, is if we agree to take it there or not. If there is a part that they don't want to do, please tell us. Do not say we "don't want to work on your vehicle anymore, because I gave them a hard time" that really bothered me, because I have only been nice to you guys and referred friends and family. Ok where do I start. I had great service when going in and order rims and a leveling kit for my 2021 ford f250 Tremor. They installed the lift with no issues. Went back for the 500 mile re-torque. They did it but about 2 days later I got a horrible sound coming from my driver side suspension. When I walked in and told Maria the issue she said"we didnt touch you suspension." lol really so you didn't put a leveling kit and fox shocks and alignment. hmm. yes you did. So they went ahead and re-torqued my suspension components and noise went away. Then getting my new rims installed lol what a joke. They installed my new method rims and after inspecting them, I noticed they chipped two rims using a impact to put the rim on. I told them about it and their response was "what would like us to do". My response was I paid full price for new rim, I want them replaced. They did replace them but of course that's not all. When I get home from installing my new rims I go to take out the old OEM tremor rims that have 10,000 miles on them. They put my new OEM Ford covers in a bag with the lug nuts and they go all scratched up. I called and let them know and drove down to show them. Maria came outside and said how do we know you didn't do that. I laughed and said really these haven't even been rotated or taken off the truck. Very Insulting! Then she begins to tell me " I should have told them to put them separate lol are you kidding. You are a wheel and tire shop and I have to tell you to make sure not to scratch my basically new OEM Rims. They ended up ordering my Wheel covers which took 3 weeks. They keep saying ford said it will take a few days. After 2 weeks I called ford as if I was going to order new covers and they said they will have them next day. They were just giving me the run around at WHEEL CITY. So I kept having to call to see if they received my new wheel covers and they actually did. When I showed up and walked in the Mechanic looked at me and said "what now" lol really hmm you scratched my new rims you didn't re-torque my suspension correctly and had to come multiple times, you scratched my OEM new wheel covers. This place is a joke and very unprofessional ! I would not recommend coming here. Lol walking and seeing the Maria and her boyfriend snuggle at the counter and kissing. Very unprofessional and high schoolish. There are better shops out there and I even had to go to another shop to correct their alignment. Again I would not recommend this place. They don't torque you rims to factory specs and honestly they can care less. read more

Terrible communication. Gave them a call to ask for a set of wheel spacers and they did have them. Asked what time they close they clearly said 6pm on a Friday.
