There was a little bit of a wait to be seen, but it wasn't a problem or anything excessive. The doctor was professional and kind. He was thorough in explaining what kind of tests he recommended, and answered all of my annoying questions. I really appreciate his patience because I can be a big worrier when it comes to my pets. I feel comfortable trusting them with my reptile's veterinary needs and recommend them highly.

If you're looking for a rabbit veterinarian for a routine spay, Paws and Claws may not be the right…read morefit. All I wanted was to have my rabbit spayed. Instead, I felt like I had to jump through one expensive hoop after another, and in the end, she was never even spayed. I want to be clear that this review is **not** about the front desk staff or the technicians. They were always kind, compassionate, and treated both my rabbit and me with respect. I have nothing but appreciation for them. My concern is with the veterinarian's approach to my rabbit's care. What should have been a straightforward pre-surgical process turned into repeated delays, additional testing, and significant extra costs. One of the reasons my rabbit's spay was delayed was because of her E. cuniculi (ECUN) blood test. My rabbit had a **negative IgM** (which does not suggest an active infection) and a **positive IgG** (which indicates previous exposure and immune memory). Positive IgG results are common in pet rabbits and, on their own, do not mean a rabbit has an active infection. Rabbit owners should know that many rabbit veterinarians do **not** require an IgG result of zero before performing a routine spay. If you're told otherwise, I encourage you to ask questions or seek a second opinion. Delaying a spay also has risks, including an increased risk of uterine cancer in intact female rabbits. Unfortunately, after spending a significant amount of money and months trying to move forward with the procedure, I lost confidence in the medical recommendations and chose to take my rabbit elsewhere.

If you are looking for a rude groomer that mistreats…read moreand screams at your 10 month old puppy, burns his little jewels with the overheated clippers, shaves off his nose hair, and doesn't listen to your requests... then this is your place. After looking for a mobile groomer online, I booked the Barking Lounge because of the Google reviews. I called and requested a kind patient groomer for my service dog in training. The girl on the phone assured me that the groomer coming to my home was experienced, very kind and patient with animals. Upon meeting the groomer, I explained to him that my puppy is a service dog in training and under no circumstances should his temperament be tampered with, as he is my medical equipment. I asked him to please stop the grooming, if at any point my dog showed signs of stress and discomfort. I was hoping for a stress- free, fun loving, and safe environment for my pup... like the company advertises. The groomer ignored my request. My pup is trained via Positive Reinforcement methods. He is not accustomed to cooperating with people who use force, fear, yelling, and intimidation. When he gave me my shaved down pup back, which I did not request. He told me my dog was crazy, disobedient, and I should give my service dog anxiety pills or Benadryl to calm him down. Seems like it's the other way around... Negative energy attracts negative energy, so if your dog is feeling the bad energy from a person, their behavior is going to reflect that bad energy.
