I was disappointed with the roughness the nail tech used during my fill in. She nicked my edges several times when using the nail file. The actual application of the fill in poorly sculpted. I was left with uneven nail beds on several fingers. The polish was left messy on a few fingers. The nail tech was distracted when using the electric file leaving the file in place until hot causing pain several times. Needless to say I won't go back. My fingers were tender for several days afterwards. read more

Very bad service. There was a rush of clients coming in and so they rushed my nails. They did a horrible job on my toes. Half of my toes were not painted. There is polish on my skin. Just looks rushed and messy. read more

Do not go here unless you love to be disappointed. Don't waste your time making an appointment either, it means nothing. Even the owner could care less about customer service. Had a dip done and she literally was in such a rush she did not even remove all of the fuzzy s from the cotton she used to get previous polish off, when i questioned her she said don't worry it will be ok. She rushed so quickly it was actually a stressful experience. I did however get to enjoy her 20 minute personal phone call as she was trying to set up a babysitter for her children, this is when I took over and filed my own nails. She was so kind to try to fix her mess but unsuccessful. read more

If I could give this ZEROOO stars I would! My grandma is 81 years old! I wanted to treat her to a pedicure and have a nice girls day, she hasn't had a pedicure in YEARS. When we got to the shop there was no one there, thought that would be a good thing. I couldn't have been more wrong. To start, when we walked in the lady IMMEDIATELY started pressuring for her to get gel. She doesn't need or want gel, she's 81. We politely said no SEVERAL TIMES. She kept on insisting and saying "she would get gel, it's the same as regular polish but better" never once told her it cost more or anything. I can only imagine how that would have went if I were not there with her. Then she kept insisting and demanding she upgrade her package from basic, that she "needed" it.. we politely said no several times AGAINNN.. I could tell she did not like that answer much. She was VERY ROUGH with my grandma, and honestly came across very rude. My grandma mentioned having an ingrown toenail to me and the lady said they only get ingrowns with the upgraded package.. Never in my life have I had that said to me. And I've been to A LOT of places for pedis. They always get them out, no matter what package I asked for. A pedicure should be relaxing, it wasn't at all. She was rough and flew through her pedi, finished her feet in about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, another 30 minutes went by while the very sweet, great lady I had, took her time with me and my grandma sat there waiting on me.. I wish I could have traded ladies with her. My lady also put wax on my feet (which came with it) the lady my grandma had DID NOT do that to her. IT WAS INCLUDED AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE. My grandma also dropped her phone, we obviously could not get to it. You would think she would pick it up for her but she didn't. MY LADY DID... I Absolutely ridiculous and I would not come here if it was the last place on earth. I was a server for 9 years and know how important tips are. I did NOT tip her lady. I did however give my sweet lady a tip in cash and handed it directly to her so she would not have to share. read more

Tracy is rude and does a terrible job. My full set of nails popped off within 2 weeks.

Not only did the lady(Tina) not listen to what I wanted she did not look at the picture I wanted. She acted like doing my nails was so inconvenient for her. She tried to tell me what I wanted was ugly and that I should do it a different way. She was speak Vietnamese under breathe when I said her to put a cluster of gems on my ring finger. She did not care and did not talk to me at all. I tried to start a convo and she ignored. These nails were for my wedding. It has only been a week and they are chipping as they grow out and one already broke. I have never been so disappointed in nails before in my life. These nails are suppose to be the best thing for the best day of my life. read more

I felt rushed and the nail expert that did my nails wasn't gentle at all. I went In for a full set and came out with an infection in my finger due to an unsterile nail file... avoid this place! read more

This was my first time a luxury nails. I only went because I had a gift certificate I had gotten for christmas and I was extremely unsatisfied. First of all, everything is SOOOO overpriced where I would normally go it's only $35 for a full set with gel and what ever shape I want. When I asked about prices here they said it was $35 for a full set with gel and $5 extra for a "special shape". When I sat down to get them done my tech did not look at me or ask me what I wanted he just started working. He cut them way too long and charged me $5 extra for making them so long. When I asked him to change the shape later on he gathered everyone in the store to mansplain to me that it would cost extra and how the shape I was asking was wrong. I asked if they could just not paint them so I could fix them myself and they said they "looked good" and just kept going. They ended up being $40. Afterwards I went somewhere else and had them fixed, thank god. I attached photos from this place and after J got them fixed so you can see HOW BAD THEY WERE. read more

Absolutely the worst nail salon I've ever been in. Pedicure - the mid charge one - consisted of a foot soak in lukewarm water, followed by trimming my nails way to short, followed by using a sander on the TIPs of my toes (it hurt...there are no calluses on the very tips of my toes) followed by a 30 second limp fish foot and leg massage, followed by a crappy paint job. The manicure wasn't much better. So disappointing. read more

I usually don't do reviews, but this place deserves one. A bad one. Tracy is one of the rudest, most hateful nail techs I have ever seen. She is rough, and I have never left there without some sort of injury. I refuse to go there now. I have given too many chances. I have tried to make conversation with her, but all her answers are short and condescending. They also like to talk about other customers behind their backs. Once I had Viv do my nails, and as soon as she started on my nails, she started complaining about a woman and her daughter that just paid her, saying they didn't want to pay, because they said LN charged too much, saying "They knew what we charged when they came in." I didn't even know these people and wondered what they said about me when I left.. read more

This was my first time trying Luxury Nails, simply because my go to place had closed early. It was an awful experience. Typically I do not write reviews, let alone poor ones. The techs were loud, obnoxious and rude. The pedicure ended up being more painful than relaxing. I payed $45 for an extremely poor quality pedicure and left the shop feeling very in satisfied. I Will never return to Luxury Nails. read more

Horrible place .!!! I asked for fake toe nail and acrylic nails. When I called they said Acrylic toe nails are $35. When I went in I told them that's what I wanted and also to get my nails done. So they sent me to the back and washed my feet and scrubbed the bottom of my feet and then painted my nails. I asked right before she started to paint my nails if she will still be doing the acrylic toe nails. She said yes, then continued To paint my nails.. I know usually I don't get my toe nails painted BEFORE getting them done so that's why I asked. But she said yes so I was just going to let her do it her way. So after she gets done painting she tells me to get to the girl to get my fingernails done. When I walked to get my nails done I asked " um is she still going to be doing the fake toe nails .?! " she said " that's what you wanted " I said "yes..?" She said " well why didn't you say anything ?" I then explained I did before she even started painting my nails. Long story short ,I told her nvm about doing my fingernails and tried to leave. I paid $30 to get my toe nails painted and that's it.!! read more
