They don't listen, cut my toes way too short. Made them switch colors on my nails because he didn't do what I had asked. Most annoying thing is when I have to go to a nail place and argue with the people how to do nails. I shouldn't have to tell you that it's crooked or lumpy gel. These are things you should know! Guy did my manicure/pedicure he told me $35. When I went to pay he asked for $62.00. I paid before my manicure because I didn't want to mess up the polish. I asked for the lavender color with white tips. He told me no, it does not look good and just gave me a french manicure. He didn't paint my nails, he just did the tips and covered my nails with a clear coat of polish. So disappointed. I can't believe the price. read more

I read the reviews and decided to give it a shot and left very very very disappointed. The lady that sits on the left first chair was weirdly confident about what she was doing, but this was by far one of the worst experiences for a gel mani. She polished using lumpy white and was not concerned about the details or being neat. Every time I put my nails under the fluorescent light it burned and I didn't know why until she finished. The polish was all over my fingers!!! I gave it two stars because the owner was willing to fix it but I could not stay so they offered to fix the next day. Unfortunately I can not go back due to unforeseen circumstances, but I am sure (based on the reviews) there are better techs, but DO NOT USE the girl on the left. read more

Okay, so we went to get a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was great, however the manicure was a nightmare. The manicurist was very rude, and kept sighing. He was very annoyed. Anyway, the manicure ended with 2 nails peeling. I went the next day, and had to wait 20 minutes just so that they could fix 2 nails. The same man eneded up fixing it, and he was even more annoyed. It ended up only fixing one nail; the next nail chipped again. This was gel color. Honestly, very inconvenient. Although, the other staff was very nice, so I'm adding a star. read more

I love this place! I found it a few months ago by accident, it is not near my home or even work but I go out of my way to go here. I've had many technicians and everyone is very good and very friendly but Dan is my favorite. He takes his time and my nails and toes look fabulous. I absolutely love coming here and they usually are professional and do an amazing job but today that wasn't the case. I scheduled an apt to have a manicure and pedicure. My nail technician never asked me what pedicure package I wanted, she just began doing my toes until I asked about packages and pricing. She also used a used sponge and foot scrubbed for my pedicure (I didn't realize it until the end). After my pedicure was complete, the lady who performed my pedicure got into a 10 minute argument with one of the nail technicians regarding who would do my manicure. Following the argument she informed me no one "wanted to do my manicure after she asked" (there were three other nail technicians tending to other customers). She asked me if I could come back another day to have my nails done. My apt was at 5 and they didn't close until 8. Apparently the lady who performed my pedicure only does pedicures and eyebrows and everyone else just didn't want to tend to me when done with their customers. She also proceeded to play on her phone and listen to music the remainder of my time in the salon while I wanted on my friend. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Eventually, a nail tech started to do my nails but stopped once she realized I wanted a full set because she said there wasn't enough i time before close. Smh, (I made an apt for 5). So another nail tech decided to do my nail set, of course she was rushing and one of the nails was much shorter than the rest and my hand was in pain cause the solution she was using was all over my cuticles. I got a manicure today and my nail tech did a very good job with my manicure. However, the customer service was average to low at best. He told me that it will be 5 dollars to remove my gel manicure from before and 13 for a manicure which adds up to 18. I gave him a good tip before I handed him my credit card so he could charge it while my nails dried. When he returned the receipt it said $20 instead of 18. When I asked he said he made a mistake and it adds up to 20. I was turned off by the fact that he charged me before letting me know and didn't mention it until I did. I would not have minded paying more if he explained, but the fact that he didn't was unprofessional. read more

Went there for a gel mani and pedi. I selected a nail polish that had a matching gel..red for Christmas. During the holidays I noticed my nails turned orange. Went back to owner she said she would take care of me next time! Went back and all she did was give me five dollars off! I don't usually do reviews but my experience here calls for it. I've been to PLENTY of nails salons but I honestly feel like this place ripped me off. I came in for a full set and saw that it would be around $25 for acrylic plus whatever it cost to get gel on top of it. When I got done the guy tells me that my total was $60 for a full set. I honestly thought he was joking. I would understand if I had gotten some sort of design or extremely long nails but I didn't. It was an okay job. The lady that helped me was nice, a bit rough, but nice, I give her that.. BUT I felt like they were truly dishonest which isn't good for business in my eyes. And the sad part is, I wasn't fully satisfied with the job that was done and I was hurt a couple of times in the process. Two of my fingers are bleeding and like I said, rough. I'm not a cheap person whatsoever but I'm also feel like if you're going to charge $60, it needs to look like it was it was $60 job. For future reference, I would make sure what type of service your customers really want before assuming and them feeling like they are ripped off in the end. I gave this salon a try because of great reviews, however my experience turned out to be the biggest disappointment with regrets. My pedicure equipments came out of a rectangular white plastic box. If the equipments were sterilized they should have been in a seal sterilized pouch. My bad experience did not stop at this salon. Now, my two big toes are infected. I use to love this place when it had a different owner. I stop going because last time I was there the person had me bleeding and they fully charged me. So after a year or so I tried to give it another chance and again I'm bleeding. The place is not sanitary, the owner and her son is very unprofessional. The only reason for the loss of stars is because prices are not displayed anywhere (and I'm not one for the trickery) and $50 for a gel manicure is a bit pricey. Wish I could leave zero stars. I have never written a review on yelp, but my experience here was pretty bad, so this will be the first. My sister and I arrived around 10:30 am this Sunday, to a packed shop. I was going to get a gel mani, and pedi, my sister a gel mani. Instead of just telling us to come back, a foot bath was made ready for me, and my sister was told to take a seat at a nail station. My feet soaked long enough for the message chair and the bath to stop running. I still had to wait almost another 15-20 minutes before a nail tech assisted me. When I looked over to see if my sister was finished, she still had her nails wrapped in foil. At this point it's been close to an hour, so her nails had been wrapped in foil for that long. A few customers had come in after us, and they were seen before my sister. Finally, she was seen around the time my toes were finished drying. The nail tech who began working on my nails ( I think the manager, -_- ) was rushing so fast she managed to buff ( yes buff ) my finger until it began bleeding, and of course knicked another finger. I was concerned because earlier I had asked if the tools she was using were clean. I didn't see her remove them from a package, or clean them. At this point it's close to 2:00 pm, we've been at the shop over two hours with barely anything done. After I saw blood I was done, and decided not to go through with getting my nails done. This displeased the associate / manager as she started to raise her voice to someone. Not sure who. Of course we were charged full price ( they charged me for a regular mani, not a gel mani). I was mislead by the high star rating. It does seem like they have a lot of regular customers so that could be why. Wouldn't have had a problem with coming back, or being told to wait, instead of pruned feet from soaking that long ( I did remove my feet multiple times from the water to rest), foil wrapped fingers for almost an hour, or bleeding (hopefully not infected) fingers. I went to this spot one early am because my normal shop is closed on Mondays. I had an event to attend and working made it impossible to get to my regular salon. This place, this place, this place. First complaint, the flash service. I hate when nail salons do this. Apparently I have the time to get my hands and feet down, why the need to rush with them?!? Then two people worked on my hands. I hate that as well. You'd think my hands would have came out top notch. Yea f*cking right!! When I got to the second technician to finish my hands she started talking crap about the first technician's acrylic job. Told me never to go to her again and wait for her to come to work to get my nails done next time. Nice. Considering she didnt do much of a better job, I won't be coming back to either one of them. On top of that, they made my cuticles bleed on my feet and hands and the woman filed the nails so hard it left lines that showed through the polish. And theeeennnnnn my nails didn't even last for 4 days without breaking off. I don't know what the hell these people are raving about but place but they should be shot for providing this type of crummy services ... read more

Diane and her staff are friendly and courteous. They are nice and very accommodating. The shop is clean and they use fresh tools every time. I have also had massages here. They are also wonderful!! I get gel on my nails and they have tons and tons of colors to choose. read more

I was greeted well and a very nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, I went to get my acrylic removed and the drill was used so much, that I barely have any thickness to my nail. Almost 2 weeks later and my nails are still pink and sensitive. My pinky was swollen from being snipped when cuticles were cut. I did go closer to closing time...not sure, but definitely did not have a great experience. Now the wait for my nails to heal and get some thickness back. :( read more

this place is horrible. the guy filed my nails different on each hand and put a sloppy coat of polish on that was all over my cuticles! they don't use any oil or cream on the hands or cuticles. and he used cuticle scissors that just sit on his table, from the last person he did. It is no wonder that this place was empty on a Sat afternoon. read more
