Only a single star because there is NOTHING less! Worst service, worst environment, and worst overall experience! Came in after teaching school, simply in need of a gel polish change. I was set quickly. An older gentleman with limited English profiency filed and buffed nails. I went to the sink to wash sans soap as requested, had a small cut on the cuticle from the buffing I imagine. An Older Lady is in the chair and taking over the polish change, I show her where the buffer hit that bit of cuticle and ask her to remove, she understood NOTHING! She grabbed the file, the buffer, and after making the scissor motion she understood I wanted it clipped. The older gentleman asked," what's wrong," I responded, " nothing, the buffer just hit here, but she has it..." He blatantly said, "you're a liar!" I was so taken aback I could only respond, "I don't tell lies..." imagining, I misunderstood, I asked the older lady, "did he just call me a liar?" She said, yes." I asked, " what do I owe for the file and buff?" The man who called me a liar, said, "No, No sit down we do..." Never being given a price for the file and buff, I left $5 and just walked out! I will NEVER EVER come back here again. I am a very very easy person to please, but long story short, some of the nail techs here (I can't speak for all because I have not had experience with all) have not a CLUE what they are doing. The gel from my nail is sitting on my FINGER. I had to pull the nail off of my skin. The tips they used were wayyyyy too big for my fingernails!!! The next day I woke up, my fingers were SORE and some were BLEEDING due to the gel being applied straight to my finger and not the nail!!! I asked many times for this to be fixed. I didn't have to wait for my nails to be done, but the technician didn't do a good job. He didn't treat my cuticles that I said needed work plus he left acrylic on my fingers. He had to get someone else to correct his mistakes. When I spoke to the manager she wanted to charge me extra for his mistakes, saying I should have told the technician I wanted a manicure and for to go home and wash my hands to get the acrylic off because it was my skin. I have been getting my nails done for over 20yrs and this is the worst service I have ever received. I will never go there again. read more

They are pretty fast at getting you in and out and do very nice work. Selection is slim in the sense of charms and nail accessories but over all their technicians are nice and make sure that your nails are how you want them. read more

I visited this salon to have my gel polish removed and replaced. The technician repeatedly asked me to to have my nails done with the powder instead of gel polish and said I would like it better, so I finally agreed to it. It was clearly his preferred method as there was powder all over his workstation. He began with the Dremel to remove the top layer of my gel polish and then applied the acetone. He immediately starting removing the gel polish, which was obviously not ready because he was scrapping it off, taking the top layer of my nails with it. My "manicure" consisted of him trimming my nails and filing them. No cuticle removal, no moisturizing. He used dirty, used tools. It was disgusting. read more

On my first visit, I thought the salon was just okay. The shop is clean and they are friendly. They don't talk among themselves in their language while you are there. I got a fill in. She only put on one layer of acrylic and the nails look really thin. I hope they don't break. Other nail salons make the nails thicker. She also cut my nails shorter than I told her and she kept filing. The nails on one hand are significantly longer than the nails on the other hand and some nails look crooked. Also, nail polish was not carried all the way to the cuticle. My impression of the shop was just mediocre on my first visit. read more
