She's very thorough and yet work at a good speed, sweet and funny. I became a loyal customer after that. She now works for Diamond Nails. The salon's fairly new. Everything's spic and span. It's very clean and half of the walls have this cool design with 3D tiles. There was a soft relaxing music playing and one of the tv's playing a serene seascape. Both my friend and I had our massage chairs on while having pedicures. Very relaxing! Lots of good quality nail polishes to choose from. Typically, I visit on Sundays between 12pm and 3pm, but this time I visited on a Thursday at 5pm, despite their 7pm closing time. Notably, they continued to accept full services after 7:15pm. I consistently choose Jessica for my nail services and Alex for my foot care, but on this occasion, Jessica provided both services, resulting in a total cost of $115. I tipped 11%, bringing the total to $126.50. Although I was somewhat satisfied, I felt rushed when Jessica applied the color powder to my nails, only to discover she had run out and failed to inform me. This led to frustration and a request for Jenny's assistance. After returning home and showering, I discovered the gel polish on my toes had come off. I contacted the salon to request a correction and was met with a dismissive response from Jenny, who claimed Jessica was unavailable despite my prior text conversation with her. Upon my arrival, and getting the correction fixed on my toes Jenny approached me in a hostile manner, stating I was no longer welcome at the salon and should seek a different nail salon. I said wowwww and put my shades on and I politely departed, feeling embarrassed in front of other customers that was being serviced.

My first nail tech was good, she did a good job I requested shellac with cuticle care, she just wasn't as detailed as I prefer. I was really busy with work wasn't able to get back out there until ironically their celebrated new year holiday-a month later. I was scheduled with Tom, I requested a full set of acrylics medium length square with rounded corners. He suggested an ombré French manicure-which is gorgeous and very natural looking. He cleaned up my cuticles and applied oil. He is a perfectionist and he did not pick up his cell phone at all. That was impressive-I appreciated that. He did answer a few calls for the business but that didn't take away from his attentiveness to me as the customer-he was quick and only answered if he was finished with his current task. He is now my technician and my tips show my appreciation. Thanks Tom!
