The staff was attentive, the prices were reasonable, and it felt like a salon that truly valued its customers. As the business has grown, so have the prices and the number of nail technicians. I'm genuinely happy to see a local business succeed, but unfortunately my experience has changed over the years. As someone who has been a regular customer for more than 15 years, I had hoped to build a relationship with a dedicated nail technician or receive a bit more personalized service. That has never really happened. I've also had multiple appointments where my cuticles were cut too aggressively, causing my fingers and toes to bleed. The electric file used to remove gel polish has repeatedly left my cuticles sore and irritated. In fact, my toes are burning this morning, just as they have after several previous visits. Yesterday was especially disappointing. I requested a jelly pedicure, which was listed at $58, but I was charged $78. I wasn't given an explanation for the additional $20, so I left feeling confused. I had also scheduled a manicure, but after my pedicure experience I decided to cancel it and go home. I recognize that I bear some responsibility for continuing to return, hoping each visit would be better. Unfortunately, after this latest experience, I think it's finally time for me to find another salon. My hope is that this feedback is taken constructively. Lily' Nails has built a successful business, but I believe more attention to consistent service, customer care, and pricing transparency would go a long way--especially for loyal customers who have supported the salon for many years.

People aren't allowed to come in there and complain about bad work she done. I told her I wanted it done right and it was freedom of speech.
