There were only 2 customers and they were almost done when I walked in. The man asked me what I wanted and to pick a color. I did and one of the ladies told me which chair to sit in. I sat in the chair for almost 30 minutes before anyone even came to run the water in the pedicure chair so I could at least be sitting and relaxing. I had to sit in this pedicure chair with no water or nothing just looking awkward. Then after 3 other ladies walked in the gentleman finally got off his phone and ran the water for all 4 of us. He done my pedicure but it was awful. I only got to sit and relax for maybe 3 minutes and he rushed through my pedicure. For me the best part of a pedicure is being able to relax and get my legs and feet rubbed. He didn't do any of that. Then after he painted my nails I sat at the drying area and he jumped and ran to do somebody else's nails and never spoke to me again. I sat there a while and just decided I better get up and pay. I let that go but they can't be courteous enough to fix my nails which you're employee messed up, I will not utilize your services again because you pretty much robbed me. Gel is supposed to last 21 days it hasn't even two weeks yet. Right is right and wrong is wrong. You're just wrong. I'm going to to the BBB next and contacting the franchise too. I don't cheat people and I don't expect to be cheated and won't tolerate it.

Got my pedicure done by one lady and then once she was finished she sent me over to sit down with a different lady to get my nails done. This lady did a horrible job. She wasn't waiting enough time for my nails to dry before putting on another coat of polish, so the polish on my nails were sticky and there was so much polish it was running off my nails and onto my fingers/cuticles to the point that my fingers were sticking together. Looked like a child had done my nails. When she asked if I was happy I said can you use some nail polish remover around my cuticles? And she pulls out a drill and starts drilling off the paint on my cuticles with the drill which hurt. She then gets me to pay and asks if I'm happy again and I said no, not really it's very messy. (That was putting it nicely) and she said oh I can fix this! And I told her no, can you just remove the polish, and I'll go somewhere else ? And she said no I'll fix it. just sign. And I didn't want to sign the receipt but she kept pressuring me to so I did and then sat down again for her to fix my nails but then she brings out the drill again and starts taking off the paint and nicks my pinky so hard I start to bleed. I asked her to stop and for a refund and she said she couldn't give me one. The manicure cost $30 and she said she could do $15 refund. And at this point I accepted it bc I just wanted to leave. I left like this. Every single cuticle was throbbing. I am so so unhappy and hate that I wasted money and wasn't given a full refund for the horrible, painful job. Left the salon as positive as I could but once I got to my car I cried. Terrible experience
