I sent over reference photos and my deposit. The artist (Connor) was 30+ minutes late on my appointment time and said he understood what I wanted. I trusted he had the skill set and knowledge to complete my tattoo because he never communicated that he didn't. The work I received was Shaky and Very inconsistent with the stencil. Parts of the stencil were completely missed due to being wiped away I assume but Never was I told that. He added in random blades of grass and linework that he did Not ask about adding them before doing it. He got up half way through my tattoo to hit a blunt and came back to tattooing. I asked where the restroom was and was given directions but told by the Owner he believed that's where the dead mouse was. There is not a professional that works here. I have been to 2 other shops and told by professionals that the work done on me would be expected from an apprentice and Certainly not for $500. I was not given any shading, definition, or the quality i was promised and I expected. I am so disappointed but after communicating this, I was told they do not give refunds. I was offered a free touch up session in 4-6 weeks but I do not trust this shop to do any further work as I am Already having to pay $900 for another artist to do a coverup. Skip this place and go to a Real Shop with Professional Quality.

The problem arose after we left - I was driving through Charlotte, trying to get to the airport. Someone from the studio called my cell phone saying that the tattoo artist who checked us out had made a mistake and had charged us for the tattoos but had not added the tip as I requested. I explained that I was driving in heavy traffic in an area I was unfamiliar with and I would call them back. Multiple phone calls/voicemails/emails and a letter (!!!!) later, they're threatening to take me to court .... for the TIP - that they made the mistake in not charging to my Visa card. I had every intention of calling them back to authorize an additional transaction to cover a tip but their uber-aggressive approach to the problem (which they totally created) has me in the "fine - you want to go to court? File in Minnesota where I live and let's talk to a judge about you adding interest onto a TIP -- and demanding that I pay you a tip at all. (Never threaten an attorney with legal action because you screwed up a transaction and didn't get your tip.)
