I've been a customer at Lily Nails since 2009. When they first opened, it was a wonderful place to visit. The staff was attentive, the prices were reasonable, and it felt like a salon that truly valued its customers. As the business has grown, so have the prices and the number of nail technicians. I'm genuinely happy to see a local business succeed, but unfortunately my experience has changed over the years. As someone who has been a regular customer for more than 15 years, I had hoped to build a relationship with a dedicated nail technician or receive a bit more personalized service. That has never really happened. I've also had multiple appointments where my cuticles were cut too aggressively, causing my fingers and toes to bleed. The electric file used to remove gel polish has repeatedly left my cuticles sore and irritated. In fact, my toes are burning this morning, just as they have after several previous visits. Yesterday was especially disappointing. I requested a jelly pedicure, which was listed at $58, but I was charged $78. I wasn't given an explanation for the additional $20, so I left feeling confused. I had also scheduled a manicure, but after my pedicure experience I decided to cancel it and go home. I recognize that I bear some responsibility for continuing to return, hoping each visit would be better. Unfortunately, after this latest experience, I think it's finally time for me to find another salon. My hope is that this feedback is taken constructively. Lily' Nails has built a successful business, but I believe more attention to consistent service, customer care, and pricing transparency would go a long way--especially for loyal customers who have supported the salon for many years. read more

Not sure why this salon has such low ratings but I can only assume that when people have a negative experience they are quicker to write a review than when they have a positive experience. I visited this salon regularly 5 years ago before I moved out of the area. Now that I've returned, they are better than ever. A staff member greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and seated me quickly. This was awesome because it was a Saturday afternoon, however, they had several employees working. I loved that they have put a electronic sign in so that there isn't any confusion on what service is needed. I have frequented other salons and language barriers can interfere in services rendered which can result in a higher bill at the end of your visit. All of the staff were dressed professionally and staff that I encountered were very pleasant. The atmosphere is relaxing and for a mani/pedi my bill was $46 which is very reasonable for the service I received. They were quick and efficient. I was waited on on by Hun and I will definitely return! Great job! read more

I got a full set next 6 days they started one by one breaking off !!!!Not Quality AT ALL!!! Looked like a set of Lee nails ©registered trademark At first visit quoted me one price by female which was 3$ less got to him he got mad and said no she pay more finally agreed with first price# Ok well went back because of poor job didn't notice the sign which said repairs 3-5 $noticed we got half way done and he wouldn't finish had to go home and sand down myself he the manager said next time you better bring money!!! Highest price I EVER HAD PAID SERVE ALCOHOL as well Was very rude and he was the Manager!! Make sure too have 25$ Apposed to most places that start out at 20$ WASTE OF TIME MONEY AND GAS!! I love getting my brows done here by Mia. She's great and I love the atmosphere and how all the employees are kind, friendly and easy to joke around with. As soon as o walked in the guy at the front treated me ok it was as if he was mad he told me to pick my color and I had a seat later on someone came up and took me to do my nails I asked from them to be longer and he trimmed them down more than I wanted them to be and after that he left my nails some longer than other and I had to tell them to fix it after he added the acrylic to my nails and told me to go was my Hands when he was done I went and noticed I had acrylic under my nails I asked him to take it out and he tried and couldn't. It's the first place I've been to where they didn't dry my hands t where I'm seated under a LED light the last thing was my nails are VERY VERY scratchy from under neath! Not going back read more

I would give this place a zero if I could . Rude rude rude. The first time I went I was to get s mani/pedi. The young guy who did my pedicure was upset about something when he began my pedicure and handled my feet as such! After the pedi I was to get s manicure so the guy set my at a booth and never returned! At that point I left after sitting for 20 minutes. So, I decided to try this salon again. Walked in for mani/pedi. Set in the chair for s pedicure, the nail tech didn't even speak. I saw her grab the pedicure tools from the cabinet not the sterilizer. So, I asked if the tools had been sterilized. You would have thought I committed a crime. The look and response was amazing. I was told yes they came out of a pack. I said well I did see any of the tools get removed from a pack. After that I left without any services and went to a facility where I know things are sterilized all the way in Greensboro. I'm very particular with my body and having someone else foot disease is something I do not want ever! Never again at this facility. read more
