where do I begin? first thing when I walked in the door, he asked everybody if they wanted a drink, told my son to get his own. he sat all the black women on one side and all the white women on the other, so if you're not into segregation , this isn't the place for you. my toes came out ok but, all I asked for was basic white with gel, and the lady didn't understand anything I was saying I had to ask the man to come over and translate. next I got some acrylics done, i came early enough to get both done, it was end of day so he was telling me to come back because "he had to drive all the way to Dallas" I said no, cus today was the only day I could come. He did it and rushed because every day after the day I got them done a nail broke. They fixed the first one for free after that I just decided I'm never coming back. Unfortunately we experienced a terrible pedicure. The "professional" cut my toes significantly. I explained that it was hurting but was ignored. The next day I returned to show them my cuts. I returned a few days later to show them the infection. They insisted this was not their fault. They would not offer any apology, discount or refund. Luxury my dying ass. Their nail work is okay and my lady was nice. My mom had a terrible experience as her guy nipped her foot multiple times and she did not receive the massage on her feet that she paid for. It's okay if you do not want to drive all the way to Tyler or Dallas. They are better at applying acrylics....not great products for shellac though. I had to bring my mother back two days later for them to fix chipping in her nails. They are a bit pricey for the products they use and.... expect to wait a while. Even if you are in the middle of a pedicure and another walk-in arrives, they will tend to them and you will have to wait to get your nails done until they have finished with the other customer. And if you have a group of more than 2 they will stagger you so you will not finish together. read more

Really enjoyed the experience here. I had booked for a mother daughter spa with my mum and my aunt and cousin. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. We were seated promptly for our pedicures, given a nice cold beverage to enjoy and got luxurious treatment. We all opted for the deluxe pkg. $30 for the basic nail grooming with a sterile kit, a 10 min leg massage, hot towel rub, and paraffin wax. Plus got the extra 20% off. For the service we recieved, we paid a mere bargain. Definitely going back with more people. also, the employees wore gloves and cleaned the pedicure basin really well after each of us were done. This place gives amazing pedicures! Kim does my nails and they are beautiful. The have a custom mix powder that is beautiful.

Not happy with the owner and my experience. The first time I had ever gone in their the electric was turned off Bc she hadn't paid the bill and had switched companies, so it was a nightmare, had to come back with cash halfway through the service Bc they couldn't use my card. But they did a good job on my nails so I figured I'd come back Second trip was horrendous. I bite my nails when they aren't done so they were short and she asked me outright "where your nails" and then when I told her I pulled off my last set after they broke she held up my nail to the other tech and spoke in another language. How rude. Then proceeded to trim my cuticles and use the power tool till my fingers burned and bled a little. I complained and she apologized yet kept going- there was an issue with the gel where the dip didn't get covered and when it came to cleaning up and finishing she asked me if I was paying card or cash and I said card. She then asked me to pay in cash next time. I asked if she was moving to cash only and she said no but she had a 13k bill for card fees so she wants people to pay in cash instead. I'm sorry but you are a business owner, if you can't take care of your customers or your bills please close shop. I'm done with this place and don't recommend them. read more

Its frustrating enough when you move to a town where you cannot find a good nail person, therefore, I cannot wear acrylics at this time bc I refuse to pay for nails that look hideous and lift (waste of $) So, I thought it would be safe to get my eyebrows done at this salon....wrong! She dripped the hot wax in my hair. Noticing it in my car mirror, went back in to let her know. She removed with baby oil, so now I'm headed for some shopping with oily hair. The only thing I liked about this pedicure was the nail polish color.....the lady cut my cuticles several times and was very rough..... worse pedicure I have ever had.... Very rude and abrupt even if we could not understand what they were saying..... awful, thought we would have a nice relaxing pedicure after trade days....boy was I wrong.... read more

The staff was nice and fast. However this was the worst set of acrylic nails I have ever had. The sides of my nails are chipping and looking horrible and its only been 5 days since I had them done. So it was a waste of $30! read more
