Look how slanted my toe nail is and how my cuticles are still over my nail bed. - The image depicts a person's foot with painted toenails, wearing a flip-flop sandal with a black strap and a turquoise sole. The toenails are painted with a light, possibly white or pale color, and the background appears to be a textured surface, possibly a mat or flooring. The focus is on the toes and the sandal, with clear details of the nail polish and sandal design.

Horrible experience just left my nails are messed up uneven and bad customer service they don't have a menu for pedicures and do not scrub your feet they use a machine to file your nails and bottom of feet which damages your skin and nail beds. Im so upset rn i have to live with these nails two weeks and paid for a 20min pedi with calluses still on feet rough and uneven nails and also i have cuticles on my toes still and a bad ingrown skin i told her to get it and she said its my shoes i go every two weeks to my normal nail shop and they get it fine and have a pedi menu. They don't even have paraffin like wth kind of nail shop does not have options for pedi. Also my acrylic nails cost more for french tip thats uneven and jacked so mad please go to Art Nails! Not here we only came cause we have a gift card.

So I just got done with my manicure here at Luxury Nails. I'm so disappointed, I haven't gotten my nails done in a while and wanted to treat myself.. the lady wasn't even looking when painting my nails, there's nails polish on my hands, she didn't even paint the whole nail and there's nail polish missing on parts of my nails. I tried to nicely explain to the lady at checkout that I didn't expect this turnout, and she seemed upset and still had me pay full price. No discount or anything.. wow I'm extremely disappointed and upset. Won't be back other than to possibly talk to a manager about a refund. I could've painted my own nails better than this.

Bumps like this made me a very unhappy customer

**Continued: it has been two days and it's already chipping. The SNS dip. Unacceptable for how much it costs!** I have been here twice recently for manicures and pedicures. My original gripe with this spot is that they have barely any colors- maybe 10 dip colors and no variety in regular polish. It's not what you want when you pick a spot to regularly come to. This is followed closely by the fact that they remove gel/dip not with a soak but with pulling it off - that is so bad for your nails!!! My latest, and largest issue has to do with the powder dip manicures. Despite advertising the service, they clearly have no idea how to do it at all. Part of the draw if dip powder is that they don't put your nails under the UV light which is the first thing the guy did and already a red flag. Three tries later the polish was bumpy and didn't print evenly. He put gel over it but the nails are still SO bumpy and just look bad (which I tried to capture in the picture). Honestly, I feel really ripped off and irritated that they would sell a service they clearly do not know how to do. Mani/Pedi day's are supposed to be relaxing and here I am stressed about what damage has been done to my nails.

Nieces and I had our nails done: two pedicures, two manicures. It's a little pricier than my regular salon in Florida, but they did a good job for all of us. Nieces had gel pedicures and my younger niece and I had regular manicures. Our technicians were efficient, friendly, and proficient. I liked the selection of colors and the place was clean. We'll be back.

Nails - The image shows a close-up of a person's hand with nails painted in dark purple nail polish. Some nails have minor chips or uneven edges. The background includes a pink garment, possibly a sweater or jacket, and a blurred setting that appears to be indoors, with a surface and other objects partially visible.

I went and got a gel manicure and I had a terrible experience. The painting was so bad - there is nail polish all over my fingers, the polish is bumpy, and the shape of my nails is crooked. I will never go back and would recommend avoiding this place.

I only rate this place a 3 because of the customer service. But overall my nails are trash. Everyone was nice and friend. The tech that did my nails was very talkative and seemed to know what she was doing. Well after leaving the salon, I noticed the flaws. I have bumps in my nails. The polish (gel) is chipping. And my real nails have snags and splits. Wow really.

    Pretty designs..

Not going back the nails literally look like teeth. The people there are amazing! But the nails, no.

Wendy is also a wonderful person. They are friendly and make sure that you are well taken care of during your visit checking to make sure no ingrown hairs are left behind. I would normally rate this 5-stars if I only went to these two ladies. However, on my last visit, I was stuck with a new girl (a redhead, younger) that I had never seen before. I don't recall her name, but to call her a novice is accurate. Perhaps more training or apprenticeship is required for sugaring for her, but this was very uncomfortable. The amount of pulling, too hot sugar, and left behind hairs wasn't worth the cost. No clean-up provided and it was just all around awkward. The other issue is with re-booking. From a business standpoint, wouldn't you want your receptionist trained upon checking out a client to re-book the client for their next session. This never happens and I am always the one to initiate the re-booking. Due to this, I haven't gone back since August. A bad sugaring and no re-booking bothered me. I do love this business, just not all the time. Last year at Christmas time, each regular client got a mug which was a wonderful token for clients. If you go, see who you are scheduled with before you make the appointment.

I always always part my hair so that the bangs fall on the right and cover the one on my cheek that I've hated since the about fourth grade. I say this to illustrate how thrilled I am that it is finally gone! Today I went in to see Doctor Glass for a full body check, she was kind and professional and put all my worries to bed with expert identification and thorough explanation of each of my concern spots. When I told her about the one I wanted gone, she explained the pros and cons of the two basic removal methods (shaving or excising) and gave her recommendation that it be shaved in order to minimize scarring. From there, the process was quick and relatively painless. They numbed me up and took it off, and I only freaked out a tiny bit! For me, this is a triumph because I am normally a basket case when faced with a syringe, much less a scalpel! What helped was that the nurse was kind and understanding and talked to me about wedding plans the whole time to keep me distracted, which I appreciate to no end. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly, and the office/waiting rooms were clean and well-decorated. You do have to book pretty far out, I booked this appointment about a month ago. There was a $25 booking fee and quite a bit of paperwork online beforehand. I may update this review with results after I've healed (and after I get the bill) but for now, I'm thrilled!

Do not go here. Go literally anywhere else…read more In my first appointment, the doctor talked to me for no more than 5 minutes and scheduled a biopsy without explaining to me why that was the course of action. She seemed to have exactly zero interest in hearing my experience of the condition I was seeking help with, no qualitative intake or discussion whatsoever. In my follow up appointment, I expected the doctor would see me and explain the results of the biopsy. I never saw the doctor, only a nurse who removed the stitches on my biopsy spots while simultaneously training a new hire : / The bill for the biopsy was close to $400. I feel like I was completely ripped off and received absolutely no help with the condition I originally came in for. In fact, all I got out of the entire experience were two new scars from the biopsy and a medical bill that I can't afford to pay. I was going to just cut my losses and not make a public complaint, but then I received this email from their billing office: "We have contacted you regarding your outstanding balance, but have not heard back. Please call us immediately ... to settle your account, set up a payment plan or account for why you have not paid us. If your account is not settled one way or the other by two weeks from today we may send it to a collection agency. We look forward to working out a solution with you and appreciate your prompt attention to this matter." The "we look forward to working out a solution" is so disingenuous. You could use an AI chat bot to come up with better language for this sort of thing, it would undoubtedly generate something more ... human. Unreal. But also very much on point with the rest of my experience at this place: alienating. profiteering. cold. unhelpful. Again, loud on repeat: DO NOT GO HERE. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE NO MATTER THE COST. I PROMISE IT WILL BE A BETTER EXPERIENCE NO MATTER WHAT.

If you don't like it, go somewhere else." Thats literally what she said to me. I chalked it up to her having a bad day and scheduled the appt. I went 1 more time - giving her the benefit of the doubt. Once I left the 2nd appt., my face was full of swelling & covered with little red blood blisters. It took over 3 wks to heal from that 1 hr. appt.
