As we didn't have a reservation we were seated at a high top in the bar area. We received excellent service there. For dinner, we shared the Panko-Roasted Cod and the Mushroom Risotto, both of which were delicious and beautifully prepared. The Thyme Bourbon cocktail was especially memorable--unique, flavorful, and so good that I had to order a second glass. To finish the evening, we shared a slice of chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and attractively presented. A special thanks to our server, Gigi, who checked in with us throughout the meal and provided attentive, friendly service. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience, and definitely recommend.

When checking out the owner tried to charge us for our service dog and told us she should have refused us service, because she does not allow animals. Do not recommend staying at this motel, and will gladly drive 20 minutes in the other direction to stay at a better hotel.

We found this place on google maps and called ahead. The owner explained that our 40 ft box truck would fit in several of the spaces and we were welcome. We pulled in and the entire space was clean, well manicured and stunning. The owner helped us pick a spot we loved and we got set up. Unfortunately something was wrong with our truck and we couldn't get power on so we were not able to stay, she refunded our entire payment and invited us back anytime. American Airlines "rebooked" me on multiple flights that would have gotten me to Vegas a day later (out of a 3 day trip). I called Nancy when my first plane landed and she IMMEDIATELY got on It and got me rebooked for a flight only an hour later than my original. She was so responsive, quick and willing to help me. She saved my trip. Will never book anything without her.

They rang a bell to signal or remind everyone (in case you are on camp time) that a new activity is starting. A favorite among the kids were the slush puppies in the camp store. My kids, ages 11 and 13 survived even though there was no cell coverage. Do not depend on the campground's WiFi connection, if you can call it a connection. Definitely, need to upgrade that amenity. Our group of 4 families all had buddy sites together, which was very nice. Our site was on an incline and needed extra blocks for leveling but was still a good sized site. Would consider coming back for a short weekend stay but would tell my family back at home that we will be off the grid.

Only thing I got pictures of as I didn't have my phone on me. One star off as they advertised free WiFi to stay connected and there was WiFi but it was absolutely horrible. Did take a walk on the trails which I was able to see a deer and rabbit on the trails with me. Friendly staff.

We stayed here recently on a Friday night after hoping to see air balloons over Letchworth SP. The…read moreinn was easy enough to find since at least the GPS still worked to guide us to the inn. No phone service in most of Letchworth, and no internet access also. If not for the free wifi at the Inn, we'd be lost in space! After a quick tour of the inn in which they also mentioned the future work to be done on another floor of the inn, we turned in hoping to take a hot shower after standing and walking all day in the hot sun. 2-3 mins no hot water in the shower. More time and still NO hot water. Opened the faucet in the sink for over 10 minutes and NO hot water. Went down to ask about it, and nobody was at the desk. No hot shower so went to sleep in a grimy skin. At least the bed was comfortable. There was a ceiling fan and this was the first ceiling fan I've ever seen outside a personal residence, and the blades were clean! But looking around, yes, the place is old and needs a lot of loving attention to detail, as there are scrapes, cracks and peeling something all over. There is dust everywhere and I am allergic to that everything. The hot water is nonexistent tho water pressure was good. Then we wondered IF the plumbing was lead! My wife went down twice for tea and after she left twice, the door popped open all by itself, apparently needing a strong pull to be sure it closes with a click. There is free wifi which helped us greatly in planning for the next day, and as we drove off, in helping us get not lost! We also thought the very light grab and go breakfast was a bit too light, and a nicer sit-down breakfast would have been appropriate, considering the cost of the room. I am sure if they give a bit more attention to the many details of the structure, a decent breakfast and overall the business itself, and the many many rooms, they just may enjoy more occupancy!!
