I went to get my hair done by Erica, who is an amazing stylist. My hair color and extensions were perfect. Erica is great because she is clear and concise. She walks you through your extension process, with matching, putting them in, and more. She is very knowledgeable of her trade. I highly recommend Erica for your extension needs! If there is ever any issue with me not liking a color or a cut she is happy to fix it. (Doesn't happen often but over 10 years it's bound to happen once or twice). When I decided I wanted to dive into having my lashes done again, I got ahold of the staff here at Indulge. I work at the hospital across the street so it was convenient to schedule there. I wanted to give them another try since it had been half a decade. I was hoping for a better experience. First off- Jen was AMAZING! Meticulous with her lash application. Her presence was relaxing and calming. I had an amazing time. I was able to come back for a fill two and a half weeks later and she once again took amazing care of me. Then the governor ordered all non-essential businesses to shut down due to COVID-19. I was sad to have to miss my next fill, but hopeful that the owner would honor the fact that I had already had my lashes done-despite the likelihood that most would be gone by my next fill after this all blows over. I reached out to Indulge on Facebook, and was appalled at the response I got. Stating that they would charge for a full set ($250) and not a fill ($75) when I next came in because the closure wasn't their fault. Missing a fill wasn't my fault either, yet I would have to shell out that much money again?! Not a great way to keep customers. My experience with the ladies employed here has always been top notch-but the way the owner is handling her business leaves much to be desired. She's the reason I originally stopped coming in 5 years ago, and once again she is the reason I will not be returning after things go back to normal.

I went back and forth between splurging on it or just doing it myself, but I can confidently say it was worth EVERY penny to get it done by these lovely ladies!! Lexi did my hair and makeup trial, then my makeup the day of the wedding. Ashayna and Christin were also part of my bridal dream team and they absolutely killed it. My sisters, mom, and I were all over the moon with how our hairstyles and makeup turned out. This is a lot coming from someone who doesn't normally wear makeup and didn't want to look super caked up on my big day. The salon is adorable and we bought a bunch of products for our hair, purses, and hair clips while we were in for our services. I'd literally trust Lexi with my life - she is AMAZING at what she does.

Upon walking in, i was greeted immediately and was given a new client envelope filled with coupons to use in the future. That was awesome! I saw Erica. I had already seen her work on IG and she is AMAZING!!! I was scheduled for a blowout, but when she saw my hair (which another stylist at another high end salon) had don't to my hair, she asked me if I wanted her to shape it up. She knew immediately what the other stylist had done. I have thin hair, and Erica brought it back to life with a little of her magic. Not only does my hair look fuller, but it now has shape to it. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel so at ease. I'm going back Friday for color and I'm so excited!! I would definitely recommend Erica. Went in and got a manicure & pedicure from Mia. I showed her a picture of what I would like and she was absolutely wonderful. She has AMAZING talent. She didn't use any stencils to draw the nail art on, she did it freehand. She is a perfectionist and made sure my nails were cleaned up with no hangnails or skin around my nail beds. My pedicure was just as BEAUTIFUL. She also is a wonderful person to talk to and you can tell she loves what she does. Since getting these done, I had numerous people stop me and tell me how beautiful my nails and pedicure look. I can't wait to see her again!!!
