They take extra care of your feet during pedicures and the work they do on manicures is stunning. They put a smile on my face the second I walk in the door. The salon is very well up-kept, clean and modern. They upgrade the appliances and chairs often. And nail colors, galore! Whatever color you're thinking, they likely have it and can create just about any design you come up with. My nail technician is Lynn. Awful customer service and disappointing experience…read more I got a pedicure with shellac, and within just a few days, the polish on two of my toenails completely came off. I called the salon and explained that I wanted all of my toes repainted since the application clearly wasn't done correctly. Instead of making it right, they refused to repaint all of my toes and said they would only fix the two nails that had completely come off. If I wanted all of my toes repainted, I would have to pay an additional $30. At that point, it felt like a complete waste of both my time and money. I also want to mention that the staff was rude during my original pedicure, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. Then, was rude again when I called about needing my toenails fixed. They also do not fix ingrown toenails here, which is something to be aware of if that's a service you're looking for. Unfortunately, based on the quality of the service and the way this situation was handled, I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to others.
