These guys got it done and they got it done faster than anyone else said they would be able to.. for cheaper. I went back after I tried to get an alignment and was told I needed my ball joint and something else changed and was told I had to wait a week. I called them, brought it the next day and they told me that it wasn't the ball joint found the problem and fixed it and aligned my car that day. great service I highly recommend!

The price originally quoted on the off chance it was something much worse did make me scared but I also understand I have an old BMM, and when things go out that need fixing, it's generally not cheap. Luckily, they found the issue and it was a minor one, and the price was much cheaper than quoted! (A LOT lower than what I got charged by a local plumber to snake my drain!!) Seriously, this is one of the most knowledgeable, friendly, fair and professional mechanics I have found. The guy is EXCELLENT at what je does. He has to fix the switch first before he can tell if there's going to be another problem ". What? I thought you diagnosed a car as a mechanic and recommend what need to be fix. Long story short it wasn't my driver side power window switch, it was my front passenger side window motor that needed to be replaced. He lie to me. There was no sign on the door or at the counter about closing early or stopping inspections. I waited about 15 minutes before being told by the inspector that he wasn't doing any more inspections for the day because he was tired after being there since 8 a.m. He said he told the customer before me that he would be his last inspection -- but another customer wouldn't be responsible for telling me that, and he did not. If there's a cutoff time for inspections, it really needs to be clearly posted so people don't waste their time showing up well before closing and being turned away. Very poor customer service. I do wonder whether the owner or manager is aware of this decision to stop inspections early and the impact it has on customers.
