I even glanced at the baseboards in the bathroom and those were clean! It is tastefully decorated and offers luxurious massage chairs. Excellent selection of polishes in various brands. My mother was served by Tim, a charismatic gentleman, who kept us both laughing. I was served by Steven and he did an amazing job. Both were friendly and engaging (and exceptionally good looking) and did their job as if they enjoyed doing it (imagine that!). My pedicure was phenomenal. Cuticles were perfected, calluses gently removed, salt scrub and massage were relaxing and done with care, and my nails were painted with precision. I finally found my new 'regular' place and guys. This was $40. I have been here before for a new set of acrylics with a no-chip color on top and it was $55. This is nothing to the work of getting a new set and getting them filled, compared to this simple coat of paint. Their prices are ridiculous. For the amount I paid, I might as well should've just gotten a whole new set for $15 more. They cut 2 nails down to be the same length before I screamed to stop them tried to sell me artificial nail tips and yelled at me that I should have said something earlier. I didn't realize I had to say please don't cut my nails past the nail bed. They hurt they're so short. It's the worst manicure I've ever had and right before my wedding. Stay away from this place. I just had my second appointment at Luxe Studio, and I will never go anywhere else. At my first appointment 2 weeks ago, I got a full set of pink and whites from Kane. At my appointment yesterday, I got a pink fill-in - also from Kane. He even remembered me from my first visit. I've had acrylic and gel nails applied several times, but never have they looked this professional. The fill in even looks better than when Kane originally did them. He made sure to go as close to the cuticle as possible. I cannot tell where my fake nail ends and my real nail begins. The nail shape, texture, shine, and thickness are all very uniform and expertly done. I hate my hands, but after both appointments, I loved how feminine and pretty my hands looked. The entire staff is very friendly and professional, to which I wasn't accustomed. Most of my nail salon visits include my technician pressuring me into a gel polish or making fun of me for biting my nails (a nasty habit, I know). However, Luxe was immensely more kind. Kane was very conversational and expressed how much he cares about customer service. I should note that Luxe's prices are about $5 more than anywhere else, but you can tell you're definitely paying for the excellent customer services, the cleanliness, and the expertise - all of which are far and away better than other salons in the area that I've been to. read more

I went to get a dip manicure and was very disappointed by the experience. The color that I picked on the sample nail did not match up to the powder that they put on my nail. When I brought this to the technician's attention, she was visibly upset and irritated about having to re-do them. I even apologized and she ignored me. She was so irritated that it made me uncomfortable. I wouldn't have minded the mix up with the color, but her rudeness made the whole experience unpleasant. It's very clean and luxurious and I was very comfortable. They have A TON of colors to choose from, regular and no chip! The staff is great and you can actually have a conversation with them! Fill in was horrible- 3 days later I see separation on the fill in & my nails like they were press ons. Paid more for an upgraded pedicure I left with wax all over the bottom of my feet. I showed Tracy, my nail tech, a photo of some ballerina nails and was afraid she wouldn't be able to do it cause it is a very unusual shape. She got it down so well that my nails looked better than the photo. I can't say enough nice things about Luxe. I was visiting from out of town and needed to get my nails done. I called and made a same day appointment for a gel fill. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door and given the gel colors to choose from. It wasn't long and I was called back to a station. Kane was the nail technician worked on my nails. He did an AMAZING job. Once my nails were done, he massaged my hands and ended by wrapping them in hot towels. I cannot recommend this place enough! Was in search of a salon that would do Chrome nails and I saw a picture on Luxes website and they have good ratings so I tried it. As soon as I walked in a gentleman named Long greeted me at the door ...very professional... I showed him a picture and he knew exactly the color and everything. I was seated immediately without an appointment and JT was selected to do my nails. Since they don't do a not a lot of chrome, Long himself sat down and did samples on some fake nails to get the right color. I thought this was very awesome customer service as he was running the front and the back and everything else and he took the time to do this. JT was excellent as far as attention to detail and taking his time . I got the coffin shape which I've never had and they turned out beautiful. The lighting in the shop could have been better because when I got to the front desk there were a couple flaws in the nails and Long caught that right away and he insisted on taking care of it right then and there although I did not have time. He gave me card with a discount to come back at another time. It took an hour and a half for the Chrome nails and the price was $75 which set me back a little bit but the look is unique. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they are a little pricey and if I was into Perfection I would have to have stayed longer. I have no problem returning to the salon and having this done again and would highly recommend them. read more
