The tub was black and foul looking and I had to help them get my dog in the tub. And my dogs LOVES being bath normally! When I picked up my dog 4 hours later (she called me to come get him), he was still damp. She said he didn't like the blow dryer but that's the first time I've ever been told he my dog didn't like the dryer. They said he was "so dirty", but I hike in the woods with him and three other grooming places have had no issue with taking in a dog with some dirt. My friend commented later that his cut was so uneven and it was! His fur around his paws are especially uneven/jagged. She charged me $150 for that terrible job. I've never been charged more than $110 to have him bathed and cut. I will NEVER take my dog back here. Buyer beware!!!
