When I picked up the dogs, they were not groomed as agreed and the explanation was that it was too much work. My mother brought the dog in at the scheduled drop off time. When she came home, she told me my dog coward the whole time and that Terry, whom I thought I had established some trust with, dragged my dog my his leash into the back room with a bunch of other puppy's who were whining and crying. When she called to tell me he was ready, I asked how he behaved. She told me "Well he doesn't hear the word "no" often enough, does he? And he needs to be neutered." When I picked him up, he didn't even look like my dog. He was completely shaven, like she sheered a lamb. Nothing like the photo I sent her. My dog is still behaving timidly and doesn't seem to be in good spirits.
