This was a HORRIBLE experience!!! The lash tech got glue in my eyes and had me hold a fan to dry…read morethe glue as I'm crying and telling her I'm in pain, making it even worse as the drying glue cuts the corneas of BOTH of my eyes. Although one was much worse than the other. The tech kept telling me, "Oh it's your first time, don't close your eyes." Yeah right! I looked in the mirror and asked what I was seeing and it was glue stuck to the rim inside the lid! She started flushing my eye with water and grabbed a Q-tip to pick off what dried with some solution that burned. OMG, I barely made it driving home with blurred vision and ran to my husband crying even more! It was so bad! I tried taking the lashes off the one eye that was swelling and it didn't take the pain away, so I went to the emergency room just a few hours after the lashes were glued. I was prescribed several medications to treat my eyes as well as several follow-up visits to an Ophthalmologist for continued care and treatment. Even the Ophthalmologist had to remove glue that was still inside my lid and take my lashes off, blocking tear ducts and losing some of my natural lashes. The ONLY THING THIS SALON DID WAS GIVE MY STUPID LASH MONEY BACK!!! After all I went through!!! :(

She left my eyebrows uneven, I didn't fully notice until I got in my car, and also left some random hairs that I had to tweeze when I got home. After she waxed, she threaded the rest, but I feel like that didn't really give her the precision needed to leave my eyebrows clean. I paid $20 for an eyebrow wax which I would've been fine with if my eyebrows were perfect and a symmetrical and I didn't have to do anything when I left but I've paid $12 for an eyebrow wax that was much cleaner. The pattern is absolutely a solid "sharpie" looking outcome. By sharpie, I'm talking about the way some people make a solid painted on brow look. There is no way to correct this and I'm stuck with something I absolutely did NOT want and was trying to avoid. I should have has the person that did her brows do mine. I didn't realize until it was too late, my therapist had only just completed her initial training within the year when I had my brows done. With a lot of makeup, I am trying to correct the work done. I purchased a Groupon for this establishment, as I had never had microblading done before and I had…read morebeen wanting to get it done for sometime. I went in expecting to leave happy and beautiful after the microblading. Unfortunately, my experience with this establishment was an utter nightmare. Cheap is literally cheap, now I know after the going through this travesty. The technician/owner used me as a guinea pig for a new "surgical marker" she claimed to have received in a training.Very long story short, the woman/technician/owner was lost and clueless after the "surgical marker" stained my skin with blue dots along the areas where the microblading was performed. The woman/technician/owner's solution was to leave me alone in her establishment(roughly 10 minutes), so that she could run to the store to purchase something to remove the "surgical marker" The woman/technician/owner returned to the establishment with Acetone nailpolish remover, peroxide water, baby oil and rubbing alcohol. She then proceeded to rub the tender microblading area vigorously with all above products, after 5 hours the "surgical marker" did come off, however my entire brow bone and eye area were already beginning to swell when I left the establishment, and it only got worse overnight into Sunday. I was up all night terrified. I ended up in Urgent Care with my entire left eye almost completely swollen shut and in pain, I was prescribed antibiotics and a steroid to bring the swelling down from the trauma received to such a delicate area of the face. Ultimately, I ended up having to take 3 days off work to heal at home as the swelling was so severe, and the chemical stains from Acetone burn to my eyebrows was also very ugly. I was not met with much compassion after this tramatizing experience from Shebrowzing,clearly this establishment cares very little about the health and wellbeing of its clients, but I will take this as very harsh learning experience : Cheap is Cheap and you get what you pay for.
