But navigating peri-menopause, heavy depression, and sudden weight loss all at once completely drained me. The weight loss made my face drop and lose so much volume, and I was feeling so old and ugly that I honestly regretted losing the weight in the first place. Louise has been an absolute angel through all of it. She actually listens, validates every single insecurity, and takes such incredible care of me. I've done 2 sessions of Sculptra and 2 sessions of fillers with maryam and jamieson. Sculptra is so gradual and looks completely natural. It's not about changing your face; it's just rebuilding what you lost. I know it's an investment, but it is so worth it. We waste so much money on daily coffee and little things without a second thought why not put that toward feeling good in our own skin. Even my husband was totally against me getting anything done at first because he was terrified I'd look fake. But seeing how natural, fresh, and glowing my skin turned out, he completely gets it now and is 100% on board with me keeping up with it. Seeing the results first hand totally changed my perspective, and I finally understand why people do this. Waking up and feeling like myself again has been life changing. If you're struggling and need someone who genuinely cares, go see Skin Refine you will be in the best hands. Not to mention staff and atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly. I'm really thankful to say that my experience at Skin Refine Medspa has been extremely positive. I felt seen, heard and understood. Most of all I felt safe! I've been going to Skin Refine since January of last year and I absolutely loved my experience so much, I've been returning since and recommending them to my friends! In fact, I just went in today and felt confident to schedule a new treatment for myself. Thank you to the Skin Refine staff for making me feel safe and secure in my own skin. I am grateful for the ability to ask questions without committing to anything until I'm ready. I feel beautiful and so happy with my results!

I've done YAG, IPL, peels, and microneedling before, but the spots always came back. After cleansing and about 30 minutes of numbing, I met Helen, who was super kind, knowledgeable, and really listened. She explained that PicoSure has different settings and started with the medium mode to see how my skin would react -- I really appreciated her cautious and thoughtful approach. The treatment was quick and surprisingly comfortable thanks to the cooling air hose. My skin looked brighter right away, not darker like with other lasers. Afterward, the staff applied a sheet mask and chilled gel masks, which calmed my skin beautifully. By the time I got home, the redness was almost gone! Helen gave detailed aftercare instructions . I've had two sessions so far, and my spots are much lighter and my skin tone more even. In addition, Helen also responded quickly to any questions, even on weekends. I feel completely safe and cared for here. Highly recommend FlowMD and Helen!

Cons: Unfortunately the setting on the laser was higher than the recommended strength and I got a burn scar that blistered. So I feel that they lack experience The receptionist Farah is very rude :( I was nervous to go there and she made the experience worse. I figured I would book for facial with Jassi and call to let them know I wanted a chemical peel. I came in the next day extra early just incase there was any forms to fill out but they just asked for my name and let me know they will be with me shortly. Soon after Jassi came and got me and took me to the room and she was so warm and welcoming!! She explained the entire process of the chemical peel and even told me about Diamond Glow which would only enhance my chemical peel and explained that process and benefits as well. After thinking about it ( for about 30 seconds) I decided to add the Diamond Glow to my Chemical peel. I'm so glad I did because it was so relaxing and I could just feel myself falling asleep because Jassi was so gentle and would always make sure I was doing okay. The chemical peel process was as expected, it burned but that had nothing to do with Jassi, she gave me the fan before the process and turned it on the highest setting.
