Friend didn't like the dye permanently put on her eyebrows until it fades off. I also was hugely disappointed about my eyelashes because she refused to remove my mascara and eyeshadow. She said it would work better that way. (Call me naive, but this was first time.) The next morning my eyelashes were clumped to old mascara and were falling off my eyes. I had to remove a couple. I obeyed all of the rules about not getting them wet (very difficult in shower-had to use multiple wash cloths to protect my eyes) I was told these would last a couple of weeks. LIAR! Ended pulling them out because it looked weird when the others were gone. It was damaging to my eyelashes and I will NEVER go back to this establishment.
