Then my look would conveniently be complete! But man was I mistaken! My experience was horrible! Starting from me being there almost 4 hours just to get an unfavorable pedicure! The nail tech was basically experimenting on my feet! I showed a picture to what I desired upon arrival and the nail tech not once said that she could not perform my request until 3 hours later! The finish product was APPALLING! Basically I could've done my own pedicure myself! Given her two chances to exonerate herself from the terrible pedicure making the second one much worse! So that I could justify my time and save my pedicure I end up telling her to just do all white hues because I had no more time to waste! It was my birthday and it had been strategically planned weeks before. Nearly 4 hours had passed servicing the bad pedicure with still no manicure, was ultimately ridiculous! I had a photoshoot arranged for later and still on because I have other things to do in the day and we still haven't done my manicure! Unbeknownst to me the nail tech cashed me out assuming I didn't won't a manicure. I tipped her still. Unsatisfied to service that had been rendered to me and all my time being wasted, I felt as if I shouldn't have paid at all. Furthering my plea for service justification, I returned. I asked the owner/manager, who had left in the midst of the nail tech serving me, third time. Giving the business 3 times to correct their wrong of my pedicure and explaining to her that it was NOTHING like I wanted. It still looked terrible! She ultimately blamed everything on me and even said, you were the one indecisive! Look if I show you a style or something I really want, and then you ask me do I want gel or regular polish? You are giving me options of things I can do with the style I want! ( if you knew you can not do a regular polish then you should've told me and then we could've went the other route)! So to hear the owner/manager say all these negative things that I did and offer no resolution. Mind you I never raise my voice at her, I never curse anybody! I was very calm and respectful as the customer. This nail salon technician took up most of my day for an undesirable pedicure! The owner/manager saw for herself how ugly and unprofessional that my pedicure looked even thinking it wasn't finished when the girl actually finished,(that's why I told her to take the polish off the first time)! The owner was very dismissive and not empathetic nor did she try to rectify the situation! The owner/ manager didn't care at all about my feelings as a customer. She was not bothered! I would say just be mindful of your time, and I didn't take a long time to make a decision on the color like she told me, the girl didn't know we're hardly nothing was in the shop from the stones to what to use in my water to the polish! They knew I was on a time frame, it shouldn't have took almost 4 hours to complete a basic all white pedi, I ended up finding another nail salon down the street that did my manicure perfectly and in a timely manner, did what I asked for. When I showed them; the new nail salon what I want for my mani, they were straight up, honest with me, instead of experimenting and wasting my time. They instantly explained to me that they couldn't and told me how they could accommodate me on my desired style. I was very well pleased! I didn't want acrylic, but they explain why I should get it with the style that I wanted) and suggested something else! And they finished within an hour and it's beautiful! Unlike my feet! So I'll give this nail salon for my pedi a 0/10!

When it came time to do my nails, I asked for almond shape, I got short & round- they looked good though, so I accepted it. I noticed immediately after that they dipped in the middle of each nail & It was only a couple days before they started to chip- then 12 days in, 2 broke completely off & 3 were showing very visible cracks ! While she was nice- the quality of work and product used is lacking very much. She also burned my nail bed with the dremel. Not to mention, don't bother calling for an appt 'cause they NEVER answer! I came in for a removal of polish on my fingernails…read more The last time I came in I asked for polish that would last for 4 weeks. The manicurist suggested the powder dip procedure. They put on 4 layers of polish and that stayed on just as promised. Today I decided I wouldn't be able to get this much polish off my nails myself so I came back to have the polish removed. Manicurist was very patient and kind as it took a bit of time to sand and soak my fingernails. He offered me a drink of soda or wine when I asked. Note, they don't serve coffee here which was something I was hoping for. Oh well, I settled for a coke. The people here are so friendly, polite and helpful and the setting is very quiet with some peaceful background music. Its a perfect way to relax. Prices are reasonable and in line with the competition and sometimes cheaper as well. They also have a point system. For every hundred points you receive $5 off your next purchase. Today I spent $10 for color removal and cut. Not bad considering. The shop is in a frequently visited location off Countryclub and Peace haven called Club Haven shops. Plenty of places to check out here after or before your nail appt. This remains my go to nail salon and they always take walk ins.

I tried everything I could to resolve the issue, because I prefer to leave positive or helpful words when I can here. But bad service is bad service. When I come here, I go in and allow whoever is free to do my nails because I usually have a great experience regardless. But twice now, I have been given to someone who isn't ready to be doing nails. The first time I was serviced, months ago, all of my nails hurt SO badly for 3-4 days. He drilled over my skin continuously. But when I went in yesterday, I decided to give him a second shot. I regret that so much. All of my fingers were cut and bleeding. I told him he was hurting me and he said it's just hot. And kept on drilling. I started to dissociate at that point. They hurt so bad. The acrylic set (brand new) that he applied was so badly done. I thought I might be over reacting so I asked some others and they all agreed that the nails were absolutely terrible and I should go get them fixed. I'm not one for confrontation, but they hurt so bad and we're too thick to use for anything. As you can see in photos. I am always patient and forgiving and leave good tips, so I expected the shop to hear my complaint and help me out. They said on the phone when my friend called for me, that they'd make it right if I came in in person to discuss it. So I did. I drove the 28 minutes to get there, they said they were too busy to help me, and said they'd issue a full refund but they had to call the card merchant first. I said ok, left my info, and went on. They did not offer to fix, replace, or give me any tips for healing my nails and skin. They called me later to tell me that their boss told them not to refund me, that they'd give me half off, and tried to convince me that I had an acrylic allergy and wasn't cut. They said "we are poor so no refund." And "it happens so oh well" I get it. Business is hard. But as a loyal long time customer, I just wanted to be treated kindly. When I went to another stylist in a different shop she was appalled at the state of my nails and skin. She kept apologizing that this happened to me, and noted how badly cut my skin was over and over. She could not fix the nails they were so badly done, had to remove them all, before she could treat the skin underneath and apply a new set. I am so so exhausted after all of this. I wish I had better things to say. I tried to resolve via email first and never got a response. If you go here, make an apt with one of the experienced stylists. Or you know, just don't.

She threw my receipt up towards me without helping me get my shoes so I could leave I tried to ask her to put my sandals on my feet but she insisted on putting those yellow floppy sandals on me The last time I went they left my feet jagged looking and uneven polish.
