Unfortunately for me, my lashes are not long enough to have the tint and lift service I had hoped for. (This is not common from what I gather). So I didn't get to receive a service but both technicians I worked with were very polite, helpful and explained what I could do to lengthen my lashes and try again. I have been filling my lashes for years and have never had a problem with them until I came here. I needed a three week hybrid fill when I came in. But what I found out later was the lash tech had glued all of my lashes together. I needed to have all my them removed and replaced because they were pulling on the roots. I shouldn't have to worry whether my lash bulbs are going to grow back or not because a tech was careless with her job. read more

My first time at Deka Lash and all have to say is Magnifique! From the moment I opened the door I felt at home, I was warmly welcomed from both the manager and my eyelash artist, Aliyah! The atmosphere is incredible! You will be treated like the queen you are! By it being my first time there, I explained that I generally wear lashes for special occasions, this one, my daughter's wedding! Aliyah was so supportive and kind that she offered to "touch me up" if needed prior to the wedding on her off day! That's CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great experience! Needed a last minute classic set of lashes before Christmas. Audrey did mine and they were great. She took her time and made them look stunning! The salon was clean and staff were very friendly. My lashes held on for 4 weeks which is amazing! Classic sets do hold better than hybrids. This place has a subscription as well so that you can pay per month and get 1-2 fills which is neat. They do want you to use their lash products but don't push it on you. Overall a great experience. Today I booked my appointment online and when I got there I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. They offered me a drink and a blanket. My "LASH-OLOGIST" was Aaliyah. She was wonderful. Explained thatI like really natural looking lashes and had had bad experiences with other places that I had been to before. She listened carefully and explained all my options. She did not push me into anything that I was uncomfortable with. My lashes turned out just the way I wanted. The atmosphere was so quiet and peaceful that I fell asleep. If you leave a negative review they will post something nice publicly and then message you privately with an attitude. I just started going here and waited to write a review. I got a membership and although I was a little disappointed how quickly my lashes shed after getting them filled in, they fixed them at no charge. They are appointment only so don't try to just walk in. The place is clean and staff is friendly. I do think their cancellation rules are a bit harsh but I understand that it is not fair for technician to loose income. I do wish the stations were more private but other than that, I am very happy I found this place so close by! read more

Meh...I've been to this location before their hiatus. It was nice, and I was always satisfied with the way my lashes looked. The staff was warm and welcoming. I did have to wait while my lash tech finished with their previous clients. They were asked about memberships, offered beverages and the staff was overly nice to them. I didn't get that same warm fuzzy treatment. Also, I was not a fan of my lashes. Prior to the tech starting, I asked of she had a chart with examples to show. They were hesitant and just seemed rushed or preoccupied. I don't know if they were having an off day or still getting back in the swing of things after being on a hiatus. I'm not sure if I would try them again based on the work and the misanthropic staff. read more

came in for a lash lift and tint with Emily and can't recommend her enough! I wasn't fully satisfied with my initial results so she was able to find time for me to come back in and fix them for me. Now I love them! Will definitely come here from now on and recommend for HPU students! read more
