We lugged two suitcases, one garment bag, and three under the seat sports bags into the parking garage.We struggled to get our luggage into the parking garage, which was deserted. After a wait of 10 minutes or so, he called to say he couldn't find us and could we send our coordinates on WhatsAPP. I said I did not know how to do that. He again wanted to know where we were. I told him that I had passed Uber pickup spots. He said he would pick us up there. We struggled to get our luggage to the Uber pickup spots. He arrived about 10 minutes later. He stopped blocking traffic and helped to load our luggage. It would have been easier, cheaper, and quicker to use Uber. By this time having stood outside for more than half an hour, we were frozen (It was winter.) Limo Star NY refunded our $30 for failing to pick us up inside but this is the second time we have booked inside pickup and not gotten inside pick up due to 'construction'. but that time it was La Guardia.
