It's located on the second floor, so just be prepared to walk up some steps (I didn't see any elevator nearby). We were immediately greeted by two ladies at the front desk. We showed them the Yelp deal, which is 15% off for new customers, which they gladly upheld (thanks Yelp!). They were very helpful and knowledgeable of the different massages they offer. We were their only clients at the time that we went, so we got a little extra TLC during our visit (they actually let us stay in the sauna for however long we wanted). The facility itself is very neat, well kept, and well decorated. The lights were slightly dimmed to give that extra relaxation feeling. The saunas are also well kept as well. We both received the 60 minute Swedish massage with hot stones and knees on our backs (we opted out on back walking). The massage was VERY relaxing! I do, however, wish that more time was spent massaging my legs, but I believe that you would have to pay for a foot/leg massage for that. A little disclaimer, for those who don't like deep tissue or heavy/medium pressured massages, let your masseuse know before hand or even during the massage. Before they got started, they let us know to tell them if the massage is hurting you (even if you are actively having the massage). At the end of our massages, they gave us two bottles of water, which is customary of massage places to do. We followed our massage with 30 minutes in their sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience. We were then given two more water bottles and snacks at the front desk, while we paid for our massages. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing experience at AA Massage. The staff provide a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment and give great massages! The staff were all wearing masks and gloves. They have adjusted their policy to not massage your face. All furnishings and equipment appeared tidy and sanitary. Overall I felt safe. I had to wait a bit in the beginning for my masseuse to finish with another client but not a problem because. He was great once he started my service, an hour combo. You begin with your feet in a hot water bath. He then dries them off and massages your feet and legs. Then you are led to a private room for the back massage. You can undress to your comfort. I was led to a comfortable room, and got ready for the masseuse. Draping was waiting on the table. Great relaxing massage. The pressure was great. I did 90 minutes, Bunny was the masseuse. There also used to be a musty smell that I noticed during previous visits, but I'm happy to say that it's completely gone. The new massage therapists have also been great. I had a massage from Elle and requested light pressure, and she listened to my instructions. The massage was super relaxing and exactly what I needed. Then a woman opened the door to the treatment rooms and greater me with a "yea what so you want". I asked for a 1 hour massage and she said no she could only do 30 minutes. She showed me to a room and after some confusion she apparently wanted payment up front. We went back out to the front where she informed me Taht there was a $2 charge for paying by credit card. This was not posted anywhere. Then she was unhappy with my tip before she even provided the service. I asked for my money back if my tip before service was not sufficient. After much huffing she took be back to the treatment room where I received the worst massage of my life. I have bruises and am in more discomfort than before I came. After this torture was over I could barely get off the table because I was in so much pain. As I was dressing the woman opened the door without knocking and said ok. It was obvious I needed to leave. I was not offered any water and felt I was basically kicked out. This is not the hospitality or service I have received previously. As a result I will not go back and will ensure I let others know of my experience. Because I was in so much pain I went to Diamond nails a few doors down to sit in their chairs to relax. They were very nice and welcoming. Do not go to Yo-yo reflexology unless you want to throw your money away.
