I've gotten pedicures, acrylics, designs, gel, and most recently Gel X, and I've genuinely never had a bad experience here. I've moved around to different cities over the years, tried other nail salons, and somehow I ALWAYS end up coming back here. Because once you find a nail tech/salon that actually does clean, solid, GOOD nails, you don't let go! And when I say clean, I mean CLEAN. No chunky acrylic underneath, no sloppy edges, no nails that look rushed. My nails always come out fresh, even, and exactly how I want them. Another huge plus: they don't push services on you. Their pricing is fair, they're honest, and they actually care about giving you a good experience rather than upselling you on everything. Henry is also such a gem. He's owned this location for **15 YEARS**, which says a LOT. He's incredibly kind, humble, personable, and always makes you feel welcome. If there's ever something you're not happy with, he's more than willing to listen and make it right. THAT kind of customer service is rare these days. I'll sometimes walk in, and yes, they can get busy -- but I usually just call ahead to see what their availability looks like. They're always respectful of my time, and I try to be respectful of theirs . AND they just renovated the salon!! New lighting, fresh paint, new equipment -- the whole place looks SO good. It feels fresh, clean, and modern, and honestly, they deserve all the support for continuing to invest in their business and the community. After five years of being a customer, I can confidently say: I haven't found a better nail salon. During my pedicure, the technician accidentally nicked me hard enough to draw blood. Accidents happen, but there was no apology. When I politely asked if she could disinfect the area with alcohol since my skin had been broken, she acted annoyed that I even asked. During my manicure, I simply asked for her opinion on how to fix a broken nail and which color she thought would look best. Instead of being helpful, she looked visibly irritated. Later, I asked if she could apply one extra coat of polish, and she rolled her eyes. I actually found myself apologizing for making a simple request, which says a lot about how uncomfortable the interaction was. The saddest part is that the staff often make you feel like you're inconveniencing them simply by asking for the service you're paying for. It feels as though they're doing you a favor instead of providing customer service. No customer should feel guilty for politely asking a question or requesting something reasonable. This isn't an isolated experience either. Last month, my husband was also accidentally nicked during his appointment. We understand accidents happen, but it's the lack of care, empathy, and professionalism afterward that is most disappointing. As long-time customers, we expected to be treated with kindness and respect. Instead, we left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I sincerely hope management addresses the staff's attitude because the quality of the customer experience no longer matches the loyalty many of us have shown this salon.

Since the display colors did not accurately match the actual polish colors, this was difficult. Eventually, she suggested a darker red shade, which I accepted simply to move forward. Although she repeatedly assured me that she would "take care of me," the service did not reflect that. I even requested that someone else perform my pedicure, but she insisted on doing it herself. Once again, my cuticles were cut too closely. While I do not get my nails done often, I have had much better experiences elsewhere. Basic services such as properly cleaning the hands and feet, filing rough heels, and applying lotion seemed rushed or overlooked. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure appointment on April 12, 2026. My first experience with them was wonderful so I decided to book again. This time instead of calling in I used the online appointment system. I clicked the techs I wanted and it was confirmed on the screen I would be serviced by them. I also added an appt for my husband a few days before my appt online and got online confirmation that we would be serviced at the same time. Day of the appt I got a text saying my tech would be late. I said that's fine and I would send my husband in to keep his earlier appt. They then told me that the online system was incorrect. We got to the salon and while my husband was getting his service, I was told my tech was booked and I would be with someone else. I told them I got online confirmation of the tech id be with, they said it was wrong. This is where it all went downhill. I don't even remember the girl's name but I was ensured she would do a good job. I don't get mani/pedi often so I was looking forward to this. She used an efile on my nails and, like a few other comments, filed my nails so thin that a couple broke in their parking lot. She didn't really speak to me because she could tell I was frustrated at the miscommunication and was also told by the front desk to call next time if I want a particular tech. This option shouldn't be available online if it doesn't work. My nails started to burn that when she finished cleaning my cuticles I cancelled the rest of the appointment. I was contacted by the salon to try to make things better, which I appreciate, however it shouldn't have come to this in the first place. Needless to say, here we are 5/20 and I have not gone back. My nails are still so brittle that you can visible see where the nail was filed down vs the new growth. The nail on my left pinky is lifting so I have to be extra careful with it. I really thought I found my new shop because it's much closer. My old nail spot has been servicing me for 20+ years so looks like I'll be making the trip back there.
