I had a great experience here. Called on a whim and they had availability a half hour later. Very clean! You must wear a mask to enter and there clear glass dividers between you and the nail technicians. I got a deluxe pedicure which included choosing a scented pack of some sort of soak, a gel rub for my legs and then a matte cream for my legs. The pedicure was great the only thing that would've made it better would be if the televisions were turned on (no magazines due to COVID I bet and I didn't want to be scrolling on my phone) and having hotter water and hotter stones. The water was cold at first and then Luke warm. Stones were also warm. I like more heat! The pedicure took over an hour which seemed a bit long but it was nice. Stay away, for a business that's geared towards relaxation and pampering this place is not it. I came in for a regular pedicure, the nail tech I got cut me pretty bad w the cuticle clippers (w no apology) which resulted in her having to use the solution to stop bleeding several times bc the bleeding wouldn't stop for her to be able to paint my toe, you actually to the eye you can see the rawness on my big toe, when I went to the drying station n put my feet in the dryer i realized she never turned it on? That's when I got up and noticed how that same cut big toe was completely crooked, I pointed it out to her and asked her to fix it bc it was clear as day a mistake my toe nail does not naturally look like that, this is where it went from bad to get me out of here-she brought me back to the pedicure chair and started filing a wet nail? I said now you're just smudging the wet nail? She stopped and started taking all the polish off all the toes? and using more tools to clean under my nail?, I was so confused bc all I wanted was my one toenail straight, I had ask the other other nail tech who was working on someone else what exactly was happening at this point, she told me my nail tech doesn't understand English and didn't know what I was saying then talked to her in another language, I had 3 ppl now hovering over me all speaking in another language which is obvi uncomfortable, after a few minutes I realized this was a complete disaster- no one was apologizing or fixing the problem properly? and everyone else was staring bc they could hear me trying to communicate w the workers who that day all had a hard time w English and I was left sitting there just repeating myself thinking how is this real life to walk into a business innocently and get this kind of result.., they even charged me full price after all of it- I was cut by them which I'm leaving hoping I don't get an infection and the nail still wasn't completely straight when this is what they do all day long- nails....I was offered no discount for their mistake I went in for a basic pedicure and had to pay full price to them when I received an awful service? it's amazing how ppl open businesses when they can't provide customer service properly. I will never be back here and hope they go out of business since they need customers to stay open but don't want to do right by the paying customer.... read more

Just tried Lux Nails for the first time. I have to say I am very impressed. I love the décor, the chandeliers are so beautiful. Everyone in there was really nice. I got a mani and pedi. I thought the price was reasonable and they did a good job. They gave you a temp check when you walked in, also had you hand sanitize and everyone in there had masks and gloves on. They also had partition's to separate you from the nail tech so I thought they did a great job at making it safe. All over a nice experience and I will definitely be back! read more

Salon is beauty and very spacious. I got a great pedicure but my gel manicure lasted less than one week which was really disappointing!

I am currently 6mo pregnant so I have been very serious about social distancing/staying home. My friend convinced me to go get my nails done as a treat and I'm so happy we picked Lux Nails! Every staff member and customer was wearing masks, everyone was at least 6' apart (unless you requested to sit next to a friend), and there was plexiglass up between the staff and customers at every station. I got a mani/pedi and eyebrow wax and all services were done really well. I will definitely be coming back here often! read more

V was awesome! Got a gel mani and a pedi. She also gives great massages. really happy with how my nails came out. I did funny bunny which isn't the easiest color since its opaque but it still came out perfect. Mimi did my bf's mani and pedi and he has no complaints. I will be coming here again read more

I went today for the first time and received great service. The place is organized and clean. All nail techs and clients had their masks on and everyone was following covid safety guidelines. They have a large selection of nail polish and the staff are happy to help assist you in choosing a color. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I will certainly be going back soon. read more

Unprofessional employees, even with appointment was abandoned while other customers were serviced (came in after me). They had me waiting way past the appointed time with no check in from staff after I told them of my appointment. Very disappointed in the business. read more

So I made an appointment for 1030 and showed up early and because I was new I had to wait for the regulars to go first even though they came late for there appointments.. They didn't take me in till 11 the nail tech I had was amazing made my nails look very good so I was happy apparently she quit the weekend after so when I went in to do a refill she was not there anymore so a gentleman do my nails and I got a pedicure by another woman which the pedicure was OK I wouldn't recommend getting a pedicure there and the guy was average did it while me and didn't talk but I went back for another refill I feel like I definitely want to like this place because of the good recommendations but I just left my third time being there and I am not happy at all the shapes are wrong I wanted to design but at that point I didn't trust her to do the design right so I got neutral and it still looks horrible when I asked to fix my nails she brushed me off $42 for a refill that you hate is a lot of money I wouldn't recommend going this this place to anyone and I will not be back read more

Loved this salon! Beautiful shop with all new equipment and a fancy chandelier too! My regular mani pedi was fantastic and i recurved a great massage with it too (including hot rocks and a lovely lemon exfoliate). Got a mani pedi. The pedicure was great she did a really great job. The scrub and hot rock felt so good. They even helped me find a nail polish for my toes that would match my gel. I got gel nails. They have lasted over a week now and still look great. Very clean place and they have Covid precautions in place. read more

I have been a patron of this establishment since they opened and although my first experience wasn't the greatest, the technician was young so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Since I have been satisfied with the ending results but last night I had a horrible experience and I will never go back. The first technician to take me started to remove my gel and then what I assume was her appointment came in and she just started pushing my hands away, but was not offering any explanation, next thing I know another technician came over and gestured for me to follow her. The technician didn't speak English and this is coming from management; I had a chipped nail and asked her to cut the rest down to match the length of that nail once evened out, but what she did instead was cut off all my nails. I am talking to the skin. I was offered many apologies (which is how I was made aware she didn't speak English) but at that point there was nothing to be done and they even had the nerve to ask if I liked it. No discount was offered, they clearly knew I was unhappy with the service, so I was charged $70, (receive a pedicure as well) for her to cut all my nails off, leaving my thumbs uneven and the paint job bubbly. Could have cried I was so upset, but still left a nice tip because that is what you do when someone provides a tip based service, but will NEVER go back again. read more

Been here multiple times now for gel manis or regular pedis - easy to walk in, HUGE, clean, and the manis are consistent no matter who you get. Also notable, my gel manis hardly ever last to the 2 week point, but they for sure last longer than usual when I go to Lux! read more
