The worst experience I've ever had! Now I understand why every manicure place was packed and they were the only empty ones! After I asked to talk to the person who speaks English to explain what I want, they told me to leave! That after I asked to apply nail polish closer to the cuticle, they told me nobody wants to do it and to leave! I am the most polite and kind person, never in my life I experienced anything like that! Do yourself a favor, GO ELSEWHERE!!! read more

I asked for coffin shape, did not get it. I corrected her midway, but still wasn't done. I had dip powder done. It's too thick and all the nails are lumpy in the wrong places. Also too thick near the cuticle. The sides were not fully polished. On top of that, it was $70. Too much for a bad full set. read more

I had a dip manicure there on Thursday on Monday six nails were broken I went back to show them and they said they could cut them shorter if I wanted and that's how the dip is. I've had dip on my nails for more than two years and that is not how "it is ". I would not recommend this place. read more

I was in the area and needed a pedicure so I stumbled across this nail salon. Walked in and was greeted and asked to choose a color for my pedicure. After picking a color I was seated in the spa chair to begin my pedicure. The guy knew what he was doing (didn't catch his name). Professional and took his time attending to my feet. The salon was "busy" however I use that word loosely because it wasn't overflowing with people waiting to be served. Everyone was being attended to. Overall if in the area again and in need of a pedicure I will go back to this salon. Heck who knows I may even make the drive regularly. Give them a try read more

Nice, clean shop. Daughter and I both had pedicures done. The ladies were very friendly and gentle. Minimal use of cuticle clippers so no blood was drawn!! I came here for a pedi/ gel mani. They took me right away. My pedi turned out nice. However, my mani is a different story. While removing my old gel mani, she cut me, below the cuticle, with the nail file, and my finger was sore for the remainder of the appointment/ a few days after. Initially, I liked the mani with the exception of being cut. However, within a few days, the polish turned brown. I called not even 5 days after my appointment asking if they would please redo the work. He gave me a hard time and spoke to me as if I was fibbing. I'm new to the area, but where I'm from, if ANYTHING, happens to your gel mani within 2 weeks, it's corrected, no questions asked or accusations made. Long story short, I wouldn't return because I want my nails to look good, but most importantly the customer service sucked, for lack of better terms. I don't expect everything to go perfect, but I do expect for issues to be rectified when they do occur. *The picture I posted is after my nails turned brown from being a pastel pink. read more

Most of the workers at LuxiSpa can't do a neat polish Some of the nails are round while others are square. And don't forget about the bad eyebrow waxing. When she finished my eyebrows it looked like nothing had been done. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I had an extremely unprofessional time at Luxispa. I came in for a soak off and made an appointment for 3:30 and ran very late. After waiting a very long time, we told the employees that we had to leave because we had somewhere to be to which they just tried to get my business anyways and do my "soak off". The man who was doing the service just scraped off the dip nail polish with an acrylic nail which caused me pain and then preceeded to argue with me about how he was doing the service correctly. Needless to say i will not be attending Luxispa ever again and I won't recommend anyone to go there. read more

Really bad experience. Very slow service, very rude and not very friendly. 1)They cut my cuticle while doing my manicure: it didn't stop bleeding so they put me TOBACCO without asking me first. So disgusting. They even told me several times "you have very thin skin" as if it were my fault they cut me. Anyway, mi French manicure was a disaster because the did it ABOVE the dry blood...a total mess...I had to do it again next day, in another place, of course. 2) I also had my eyebrows done and they did it with wax without asking me if I wanted it with wax or tweezers...so I told the girl and she said "you should have said that before"...couldn't she ask? Very bad customer service. And finally the burned my left eyebrow and said no sorry about it...this is the first time in my life that I get burned. Unbelievable. Don't go to this place. My nails came out ok, but what really upset me was how I SPECIFICALLY asked for one thing and they took it upon themselves to do something more expensive without my consent then charged me for it. Good location, didn't have to wait, it's a Monday so that's probably why it's quiet. The furniture is all new and in good condition. The salon is clean and they have the news on TV. Okay selection of colors but you might want to bring your own as these all look a bit old. There's good parking available as well. I would come back again. read more
