Which was not what he explained to me, he then turned it around as I didn't understand the conversation. I even confirmed the same information when I originally dropped off my vehicle that the entire total including the Groupon deal was $215. Had I known this I certainly would have gone somewhere else because I did receive a quote that was cheaper than $341 total (total of $215 I gave in cash along with the cost of the Groupon deal)! Don't go here, they lied about original pricing. On my receipt he even put $0 for the Groupon amount. When I brought it to his attention he then moves forward with I can change that. He flat out robbed me of $215 rather than charging me the difference. That's the kind of business the owner gives. Terrible don't come here!

He walked out with me and gave me a quick quote, explaining that only the front windows needed to be striped, and gave me an excellent quote that was under the budget I had in mind. I was expecting him to tell me to drop it off and come back another day but he was able to get me in right there, I didn't have another car at the time so I ended up waiting in their very nice lounge, and watched a movie on my iPad. When it was ready they parked it up front and the gentleman again walked out with me to look it over and explain the aftercare process, and also the lifetime warranty. I could not be more pleased with the overall results, especially given the unusual heat wave Vegas has experienced. Both visits I was in by 9am and out by 11-1130...on a Saturday! My car looks amazing but more importantly, my menopausal self isn't overheating this summer even with the AC on full blast!!! Seriously - I can't stand being hot and in the 8 years I've owned this car, getting my windows redone was never a priority - until it was. I'm not joking about menopause - I'm super sensitive to heat now and let me tell you...when I say the difference inside my vehicle was immediately obvious, I'm not joking. Not only did it reinforce the dealership NOT tinting my windows even though they charged me for it - the ceramic tint actually works!!! I can feel my AC so much better than I could before and I'm finally cool inside my vehicle during the day. I have a panoramic sunroof I've never opened in spring/summer because it's always been too dang hot to enjoy during the day. I've been driving around with it fully opened since my windows were done and I'm loving it! I also have serious nightblindness - which is what prompted me to have the windshield done to begin with. Headlights have come a long way in brightness since I got my license in 1987, and as that has advanced...so have my vision issues. Before having the windshield done, I rarely drove at night. During winter I leave my office at 4pm so I'm home before it's dark. Since then, I find myself driving more at night (not a lot or often) and not rushing to get home before dark. When I am out on the roads at night, I'm no longer as worried about being blinded by headlights as I once was. It didn't solve my vision issues, but it's certainly helped cut down the amount of light hitting your retina at night, blinding me. My rear window is the darkest I could get given my windows are stained from Acura and WOW!!! Headlights aren't blinding me in the side and rearview any more either. The owner and his brother - heck, all the staff really - have been great and pleasant to interact with. These guys know their stuff and if I had another car, I'd take it to them. But since I don't - that's what this review is for.

However, my last four visits have been incredibly disappointing due to an employee named Micho(THIS IS HIS NICKNAME) It feels like he is only focused on getting tips rather than doing quality work. I pay $30 for a wash, and while he spends 20 minutes wiping down the vehicle, the results are terrible. He consistently misses spots, leaves debris on the floor, and only details the driver-side rims while completely neglecting the passenger side. My husband has had to reclean the car after our last four visits. As someone who works in a tipping industry, I highly value customer satisfaction and usually tip very generously. I still tipped Micho, but his careless work honestly does not deserve it. I love this business, but management needs to address this employee's performance. P.S the other employees do a great job. The country club Auto spa is conveniently located on the corner of Pebble and Eastern. Super easy to get in and out of, and is very spacious enough if you need to make a u-turn. Inside the store is very clean, as well as the outside is very well maintained. That makes a difference, as I have seen some stores where the parking lot is barely ever swept, and the gas pumps look like they hadn't been cleaned since the Nixon administration. Had the best experience with the gentleman behind the counter. He was friendly, welcoming, and actually knew a thing or two about customer service. He made it a very pleasant experience. Inside the store, like any convenience store, they had everything you could possibly want to snack on and more. The place was very well kept, and everything in the aisles were faced really well. Bottom line? This is a great gas station to stop at to fill up your car, and go inside and fill up your stomach. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone.
