There are a few stools inside, but otherwise no interior/exterior seating - it's more of a grab & go type establishment anyway. No restroom. Limited parking is available in the small shared lot, or you can try to find street parking (no issues with space in the morning). Mild noise level. They offer a good variety of both sweet and savory breads, cookies, and pastries, as well as meat buns, premade and custom cakes, and a few drinks. Everything I've tried so far has been flavorful, moist, and tasty. I will definitely be back to try the cake slices. Prices are fair. This is one of my favorite places, especially when I'm buying bulk amounts to feed friends. 10/10 recommend.

They have unique flavors like sticky rice bun (literally inside taste like the sticky rice chinese dessert, so far my favorite!) and I also got brown sugar boba bread. The lady is nice.
