Tried 2 vacuums. Both have broken hoses. The first time i tried to get my car washed here, it was closed in the middle of the day.

Tried to get a wash at 5pm then 5:30 and again just now at 7:24. Appears open but they have cones in the middle of the lanes like they do when it's closed. Hours are supposed to be 8am to 8pm. read more

Really terrible. They don't actually guide you onto the track, so it's easy to miss and harm tires. After two months of membership, they still showed me as not having an account. So I had to lay on the horn to get an attendant to let me in. Emailed them about it; took over a week to receive response that they fixed it. It still didn't work. The wash leaves soap all over my car and doesn't dry at all. Vacuums are weak and barely do the job. They charged my account after I canceled membership (one day prior to renewal) and they refused to refund me after I emailed them several times. Had to get credit card company to do a charge-back via dispute. Nearby car wash does a better job at a more reasonable price. read more

Worst car wash ever!! Been to many car washes but these people are unbelievable. They are very rude & disgusting. They don't speak English and you can't communicate. There is one especially rude old man that is awful. They love to humiliate you! Would not recommend at all. Find a different car wash!! read more

They first signed me up twice and charged me twice for every month. When I am trying to cancel they keep telling me they have cancelled but also keep charging me every month. customer service is not very helpful. I had to eventually reach out to my credit card company to dispute the charge. read more

It was hard to get my SUV into the wash and the guy at the conveyor belt was bad at assisting me. I ended up scraping my rim. The man was also rude and would raise his voice at me. If you won an SUV I would not recommend going to this car wash it's too hard to get in. read more

This used to be a great car wash for the price. The young man that helped me sign in was very nice but as I pulled up to the station the heavy set service person started yelling at me take your break the break was off...but he kept yelling it wasn't till the older gentleman came over and discovered there was a problem down the line. at least Two of your people know what customer service means. On Sat 5/22/21, I took my Toyota Ravr to Lionville Express Car Wash & paid $5 for a wash. I noticed when I got home, that the Spare Tire cover was missing. I called the car wash & they said they had it & would hold it for me - it came off when I went thru the car wash. When I picked it up on 5/26, there were scratches all over. When I went thru the car wash it was securely attached & there were no scratches on it. I left my name & telephone number with an employee to have the owner contact me. I also found his email & emailed him an explanation of what had happened and asked him to contact me to make good on the damages. I went to the Toyota dealership to obtain quotes on a replacement. A new Spare tire cover would cost me $587 for a black cover & another $300 to have it painted to match the blue color of my car The end result is the owner/manager won't cover any of the damage & did not respond back to me via phone or email. I called the car wash & he had his employee serve as the intermediary relaying this message. This is extremely poor customer service. Do not take your car here for a car wash - you will leave very angry - machinery is very harsh and abrasive and it will cause alot of damage to your car. I would give this establishment negative stars if that were an option I've taken this car to other car washes & never had a problem. read more

Their $15 wash became their $22 wash overnight. Almost a 50% price increase but you're still getting the same wash. We decided on the $10 wash and found out at the end of the wash that you only get the air dryer not the big "wheel of cloth" dryer. I get my car washed pretty often. They're losing a good customer. read more

My first time visiting this carwash and I'll not be back. I drive an SUV that has wide all-weather tires so it can be a bit difficult to line the tires perfectly every time right off the bat. I entered the tunnel of the carwash onto the track as guided by the attendant. My car felt like it was lined up smoothly on the track to start with, but the attendant proceeded to re-align my tires on the track himself. I felt my back tire drop, and he gave me the go-ahead. So I assumed that drop was my tire falling in-line with the track. As my car moved along, my wheel started to turn, indicating that I wasn't lined up, and it got stuck halfway through the wash. In my rearview mirror I could see the attendant loading another car on and letting it proceed toward me even though I wasn't moving. There were no warning sounds or signs to indicate that my car was stuck. I laid my hand on the horn hoping the attendant would stop the conveyor belt. It was too late, and the car behind me rear-ended my vehicle, scraping my bumper. The attendant proceeded to walk up to my car, and ask me what I did wrong, assuming I must have done something to make my car stop dead on the belt, taking no responsibility for how he lined up my car himself! I had to drive through the remainder of the tunnel and make a second pass through so I could actually have my car washed. At this point I was upset, just wanting my car washed as I had already paid, and now dealing with a damaged bumper. I was offered no reimbursement or apology. In the end, it wasn't even a decent wash! I had to follow up with a spot cleaning when I got home! Never again. This was my first and will be my last visit to Luv Car Wash. read more

Got the $5 car wash which was ok, not fantastic. It's $3 with a fill up. You can pay cash or credit at the drive up kiosk where the digital sales woman will try to upsell you all sorts of add-ons. Good value for the price. read more

All automated but for the rude guy that guides you in. No prep, drying or wheel dressing. Fir the same price I'll stick with Pit Stop.

Paid for the most expensive wash - $15 - to see how they would do. The results were not great. There were areas of my car completely missed. Bird residue on the passenger side door wasn't completely taken off and I had to scrub it off by hand at home. Lots of spotting and streaking on the windshield after exiting the car wash. It was fast and convenient, but I do not think the full service wash is worth it and am not convinced the $15 or the basic wash made any difference read more

For $3, this was a very good car wash. Enough soap and scrubbing. A good rinse. A great value.

Paid extra for the undercarriage flush, wheel super clean, rainx for wheels, and clear coat protectant. I didn't receive any of these and the bottom of my car and wheels were as dirty as I entered. Only good for the $3 wash. read more
