I'm sorry that I used them in the first place. Tinno has been doing this for a while, his fleet has grown and his experience shows in the service he delivers. Responsive to request, directly deal with the owner forget those other share platforms and go direct. No red tape, clean units fully stocked with the essentials. When I say essentials I mean for the setup itself. Latex gloves and top of the line dump hoses makes it so easy. The airstreams themselves are beautiful in and out. I highly recommend him, you won't be sorry. Don't be discouraged by the other posts. As a business owner myself, I know it's impossible to make everyone happy. Some people are just stinky-butts no matter what you do. This guy is good.

My experience renting from Tinno was literally the worst business experience I've ever had. I have always conducted myself in an honest manner. In this case, I was very upfront with Tinno about minor curtain damage (tiny dirt marks). And yes indeed there was some extra dust inside plus one small scratch on the exterior. I believe something from the road hit the side of the Airstream. The scratch in question was so small it was hard to even see. I find it dishonest and frankly offensive that Tinno responded to my review saying there were tears in the curtains (false!) and golf ball sized scratches that cost $4500 (false!). I would gladly swear under oath that these statements by him are categorically untrue. At the end of the day, I paid Tinno over $4,000 for an Airstream that retails new at $45K. The deposit he kept was $1500, a significant amount by any standards. And I had use of the Airstream for all of 9 days. Believe me folks, if you want peace of mind while on your adventure, go somewhere else because this guy has already done this at least twice now (read other reviews). Thank you for reading. The trailer was set up and in perfect working condition before we arrived. Sandy, who I spoke to on the phone to reserve the trailer actually came out while we were unloading and asked how everything was working and if we had any questions on how things worked. Super duper impressed by that! This is my 3rd go around with Star RV and I have never had an issue. The camper was in working condition and clean. The campers do not come with bedding, appliances, pots, pans and glassware. You must bring your own. There are a few RV rentals that accommodate Vail Lake. Star RV was by far the cheapest. Although we were offered extra mileage it was an overall inconvenience to manage moving around in limited space. We also experienced a blow out on a tire which turned out to damage the 2nd tire on rear passenger's side and had to spend over $500 which according to Kellie it was our responsibility for any damages due to road hazards. We were advised that the prior renters also had experienced a blow out so obviously there's an issue with the constant blow outs and air bags under RV that were not functioning as well. The windshield wipers were not working properly which is a safety issue as well. Our rental turned out to be more expensive and had to pay out of pocket for the tires. Tires were recently replaced as well after previous rental so rather than ruling out road hazards I believe the tire issue needs to be looked into more thoroughly.

We own a travel trailer and a 5th wheel, but our tow vehicle was out of commission. Despite this setback, we had a camping trip planned with a few other families. We reached out to JaeBug Trailer Rentals and received a response immediately. Booking was super easy; they were incredibly accommodating, especially since we had many moving parts and I can be a bit high-maintenance when coordinating these types of things with other families. We rented the 36' Genesis Supreme toy hauler, which was in pristine condition! Even though we brought everything from our travel trailer, they provided all the necessities and even had the beds made up. It literally came with everything you would need as a starting point. Where we were camping, it was HOT (high 90s to the 100s) during the day, and the A/C was amazing! The "master" bedroom had a REAL mattress; it was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. Not only was the trailer itself fantastic, but the customer service was also exceptional. The team at JaeBug Trailer Rentals was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect trip.
