If I could give JaeBug Trailer Rentals 10 stars, I would! From the first interaction to the very…read morelast, this small business exceeded our expectations in every way. We own a travel trailer and a 5th wheel, but our tow vehicle was out of commission. Despite this setback, we had a camping trip planned with a few other families. We reached out to JaeBug Trailer Rentals and received a response immediately. Booking was super easy; they were incredibly accommodating, especially since we had many moving parts and I can be a bit high-maintenance when coordinating these types of things with other families. We rented the 36' Genesis Supreme toy hauler, which was in pristine condition! Even though we brought everything from our travel trailer, they provided all the necessities and even had the beds made up. It literally came with everything you would need as a starting point. Where we were camping, it was HOT (high 90s to the 100s) during the day, and the A/C was amazing! The "master" bedroom had a REAL mattress; it was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. Not only was the trailer itself fantastic, but the customer service was also exceptional. The team at JaeBug Trailer Rentals was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect trip. They even provided thoughtful touches like extra blankets and kitchen supplies, making us feel right at home. The process was so easy, I'm seriously considering never taking our trailers out again, selling them, and just using JaeBug Trailer Rentals for all our future trips. Their prices are reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the units and the outstanding service. I can't wait to rent from them again, even though we have our own trailers. Thank you, JaeBug Trailer Rentals, for making our trip unforgettable!

I have in writing missing screens would be replaced and over two months after delivery I'm still waiting. I was told the measurements were taken and sent to factory for replacing. 4 weeks after taking delivery I asked to take my measurements and send myself. I have screenshots. We rented the 2018 Class C Sunseeker for 11 days and several days before our pick up date we were…read moretold the slide out on master bedroom/bunk beds was not working and continued with our reservation due to short notice. Although we were offered extra mileage it was an overall inconvenience to manage moving around in limited space. We also experienced a blow out on a tire which turned out to damage the 2nd tire on rear passenger's side and had to spend over $500 which according to Kellie it was our responsibility for any damages due to road hazards. We were advised that the prior renters also had experienced a blow out so obviously there's an issue with the constant blow outs and air bags under RV that were not functioning as well. The windshield wipers were not working properly which is a safety issue as well. Our rental turned out to be more expensive and had to pay out of pocket for the tires. Tires were recently replaced as well after previous rental so rather than ruling out road hazards I believe the tire issue needs to be looked into more thoroughly.

I returned with the sample & asked if he could help me find the correct part. I didn't ask for a refund yet when his demeanor just flipped & got defensive. He remembered I paid with a CC because he requested it. Then he asked for my copy of the receipt which I Did NOT have but he had his store copy of the receipt in his hand & still refused a measly $25.84 refund to a card that will probably take 3-5 business days. I wasn't upset at all, I was actually laughing when he said I could speak to his manager 3 days after this terrible transaction. No customer service, no manners, no respect. The RV's are cleaned and disinfected prior to pick up and as you walk through they urge you to make sure it is clean. We had over 120 guests, and Alma, Jazz, and the entire team were wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. Alma was highly communicative, responsive, and friendly. She made herself available for venue walkthroughs, allowed us to take measurements, and helped answer questions as we planned every detail of the event. On the day of our baby shower, she was on-site and a pleasure to work with, helping ensure everything ran smoothly. One feature that really stood out was their event dashboard. It made it easy to keep track of payments, send messages, access signed documents, and stay organized throughout the planning process. The resort itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels new. The event space is spacious, inviting, and well-suited for larger gatherings. The commercial kitchen was a huge plus and was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. We also appreciated having convenient access to their inventory of round tables, banquet tables, and chairs, which made planning and setup much easier. Our event included a 3-hour baby shower, with 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown, and the venue worked perfectly for our needs. We're grateful to Alma and the Launch Pointe team for helping make such a special day a success. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a private event.
