However, I still don't appreciate how he was not careful with my wrist injury, which my Physical Therapist agrees with. Knowing that it was an area with pain, he should not have bent it so quickly during our free consultation. He should have known to be more careful or at least to ask about the area. Yes it is normal to test the full range of motion, but it should have been done more slowly and carefully to avoid potential pain. I also want to note that he mentioned to me he does have a receptionist who answers phone calls; when he is able to, he answers phone calls himself so that patients can speak to a person rather than go to voicemail.

I workout an average of 8 times per week between F45 functional training and Y6 Yoga. So I am always sore. My husband is an avid golfer and pretty much folds very weekend both Saturday and Sundays and also takes Yoga. I always struggle to describe exactly what Dr Kristie does and end up saying she is not your typical "bone cracking/popping" chiropractor. It is focused on performance optimization and muscle testing. She uses the most interesting and I'm sure most innovative tools that are out their in her area of expertise. It's amazing how she knows the exact spot that needs help with just your description of the area etc. The strength in her fingers and hands are so powerful and strong - don't let her petite size deceive you. She is also very observant and notices or questions any changes that she may have noticed - for instance she noticed a change in my fingernails so had me checking out with my physician. She helped me through two knee surgeries and my recovery was super quick. I especially love that she has experience as a certified personal trainer and is in sports medicine. She will ask me to demonstrate how I do certain weight training or yoga movements and explain to me how it may be impacting my lower back etc. I have to say the sessions can be very painful but is more of a hurts so good painful . There are days when my tolerance level is low and she is more than willing to accommodate me on those days and go light Nothing is forced on you. She is a wonderful person who creates a safe place to get some healing. She is very personable and we both enjoy our conversations with her. The space is clean, sanitized and cozy. If you're reading this review, you're probably in pain, and you know that the pain not only wears on you physically, but grinds you down mentally and emotionally. I was depressed and exhausted all the time. I've been there. But life doesn't have to go on like that, things can and will get better! After I finished the paperwork, Dr. Let squeezed me in for a quick less than 5 min checkup in between appointments to see if he could do anything for me just to ease my condition a little while I waited. (That was so nice of him!) Unfortunately my condition was pretty severe so he sent me to follow Barbara (really sweet receptionist/assistant) to another room where there were 3 massage tables so she could apply heat to my back while I continued to wait. The heat relaxed the muscles, which made me feel better, but also readied me for the manipulation that the dr was going to perform soon. This happens at every appointment: you don't wait sitting around in waiting rooms while your back is hating your for exacerbating the condition, you actually get some form of treatment as you're waiting for treatment. After a while, Barbara or Dr Le turns on the massage button and these roller things under the bed go up and down to loosen your muscles up some more. Also, there's really soothing nature sounds/ meditation music playing in the background. Whenever I go to the Doc I leave behind the day's worries and just enjoy my time there. Dr. Le is also super caring. He listens (and remembers) what you tell him. This is weird to admit but I think he knows my pain and my body better than I do sometimes. After my first appointment I could already feel my body responding. After two weeks I could bend down without much pain.
