Doctor Le has saved me from a handful of painful and potentially debilitating sports injuries over the years! He has both the scientific knowledge of anatomy and chiropractics, and the artful touch required to feel out the location of knots and maladjusted joints, and combines these skills to loosen muscle tension and bring the body into alignment. read more

The receptionist, Barbara, is the best. So efficient. Speaks perfect Cantonese and English. She handles all the paperwork, insurance, payment, answers the phone, responds to texts, and assists with patients on the massage and heat tables. Never seen one person do so much. There are usually 3 patients there at the same time. While Mike is adjusting a patient, you'll wait your turn by being on a automatic massaging table or getting heat on your back. About an hour visit in total. Check with your insurance. I have a $10 co-pay with up to 30 visits per year, but my friend has no co-pay with up to 20 visits. Mike Le, DC - Chiropractors Near Me - San Francisco, California

I was visiting for the summer and my dog suddenly pulled me on the leash that threw my shoulder out. I was in so much pain, that I could not lift my arm at all. Literally felt all the muscles from my shoulder down to my hand were seized. Barbara who works up front got me in right away. She is such a sweet woman and I enjoy her every time I had a visit. Dr Le did his magic and over time I got total movement back. We plan to move to SF and so glad I already have a trusted chiropractor! read more

I had a pain in my lower back! DC Mike Le is amazing! He took a long time to work on my lower back and neck before cracking! I really appreciate his professional work! My pain was better! I go back second section 5 days, I hope meantime my back is getting better! read more

I am so happy I found this place. After only one session, I already feel like a new person. I wish I found this place sooner but its never too late. I will recommend anyone to just check out since nowadays, majority people are on their cell phones and computers. 5+++stars ! read more

Dr. Le is my hero. I was having severe back pain and weakness in my arm. One visit and I already started feeling better. He explained that my neck and back were too tight. He massaged and adjusted me to relieve the pain. I highly recommend you go see him if you are having back problems. read more

Amazing chiro with fair prices. Secretary is always on the ball. She responds quickly and does health insurance admin efficiently. The visit starts with a massage table to loosen you up. Dr. Le is professional and kind. He pinpoints my issues with extreme accuracy. The twisting and popping are at the perfect scale of force. Some chiros are rough and I'm a petite girl but he knew just how much effort to apply. At the same time he's strong enough for my 6' husband. read more

Dr. Le is the best! My friend has been recommending him to me for a while, but i kept procrastinating with my visit to his office. I finally had to go there after i had hurt my lower back. It was so painful, you can't imagine. Every time i would bend or make any move involving my lower back i would get these electric shocks. I couldn't wash my face, toss and turn in bed, or even get dressed without screaming in pain. I went and saw Dr. Le every other day for a week, and he fixed me! Pain is gone. Now i am seeing him to get rid of all the knots in my upper back, neck and shoulders area that added up from all the stress, not very ergonomic chair in my office, and other aspects of life that have a negative impact on your back. Every time I leave Dr. Le's office, I feel so relaxed. The things I love most about him is that he's got a great personality, he listens to you, he really cares, and most importantly I can trust him. And he really takes his time with you and has a personalized approach to each of your issues. My old chiropractor would always get me in and out of the office, and I always felt like all she cared about was getting as many patients in a day as possible so she can make maximum revenue. And no matter what kind of problem i had, the sessions would always be the same; as a result, I would often leave feeling not completely satisfied and ripped off. Here it's different. If you're like me and your insurance doesn't cover visits to chiropractor, the price you pay for each visit is very reasonable. I can definitely say I found a chiropractor for life! read more

Dr Mike Le is awesome! I found Dr. Mike Le from yelp since he's on my list of chiropractors that accepts my insurance. Setting up the appointment was easy. The receptionist Barbara was really nice and thorough. Since this place is so close to work, I can walk over during lunch for my 1 hr session. Everything in the office is a little old (no flat screen tvs or computers) and the building is old too. Dr. Le explaines everything and he's one of the best chiropractors out there. I've been to a few and not all of them can relieve my pressure points like Dr. Le does. He was able to crack each and every part of my body that I have stiffness and soreness in. After my first session with him, I feel like the stiffness is gone and the pain is not as bad anymore. read more

Dr. Le knows his sh*t! I came in here with a strained back (from back squats) and on the last rep, felt sharp pain in my lower back region. I couldn't even finish the rest of my workout. It was so bad that I had trouble sitting down. My girlfriend used to work at an injury attorneys office and recommended Dr. Le. We called at 4:30pm and Dr. Le said to come in and let him have a look. Long story short, Dr. Le healed me! After a day and a half of pain (only time, stretching and Dr. Le can heal this type of injury), it's safe to say I'm about 85% now. If you're looking for a chiropractor, look no further. Dr. Le and his associates are extremely friendly and they're extremely affordable! I highly recommend him! I'll be referring anyone I know with back pain to this wonderful establishment! Thanks again Dr. Le!!! Quick tip: If you have a back injury, get it checked here ASAP! I thought time would heal my first back injury but it just came back! Parking: Street metered parking read more

I met Mike Le many years ago at a business association. Not long ago he opened an office very close to my home downtown. I had an injury in Jan of 2008 and mistakenly thought my insurance wouldn't cover chiro (that's what my HR person said, even though Le's office said it would). I did three months of physio at a VERY REPUTABLE place with a wonderful practitioner, but it really didn't help me that much. I started going to Mike Le late Spring and noticed a difference in my neck problems IMMEDIATELY. After 3 visits I went down to every 2 weeks and now once a month (my body tells me when it's time to go back). My stereotype of chiropractors is that they all want to see you 3x a week for months and that's a lot of what kept me from going sooner. I can't recommend him highly enough. He is flexible and capable, he does great work and doesn't make you come more often than necessary. I have referred at least 6 people to him. read more

I came in after a car accident in which I received back pain, but not for long. Dr Le fixed me up over a few weeks and I was feeling better than ever. He didn't make me feel awkward at all and he listened very attentively whenever I had a question. He also went over the time limit of my session during the first few weeks. This shows that he cares about his customers a lot. Oh, and of course the first few weeks it hurts like crazy because your body is getting used to healing depending on the injury. Making appointments is very easy, usually the desk lady named Deborah helps schedule. She is very nice too. Overall, Dr Mike Le is very honest and he is a professional chiropractor. I recommend him to anyone who seeks one for their needs. read more

Dr. Mike Le is the second chiropractor I consulted after my auto accident. The first one did not help much. He even started to blame the pain incurred to my gestures when my symptoms started to intensify a month or two after the accident. Dr. Le, in contrast, took great care of me. He was very gentle, caring and patience. Only after about a month, I no longer felt stiff or pain in my neck/ shoulder. I was so amazed. Every time after I visit him, my entire body feels so relax. Dr. Mike might look young and might make you hesitated at the first sight. However, you would have a totally different view once he treated you. What's more important than having a healthy and pain-free body. Thank you, Dr. Le! read more

I highly recommend Dr. Le's practice. Dr. Le is a true healer, and he and Barbara, his office manager, are amazing to work with. They take insurance and charges are also very reasonable. As an office worker dealing with long-term neck and shoulder issues, I'm so grateful that Dr. Le's office is there to offer effective treatments and flexible scheduling. Like others have said, each treatment lasts about one hour and is comprehensive, unlike most chiropractors who would just crack you and have you out within 20 minutes. read more

Dr. Le is a terrific chiropractor who takes time to teach patients how to care for themselves. He is definitely worth the trip to the Inner Sunset, and now he has a nice new office downtown. Excellent rates and availability, and I always feel great for weeks after I've visited his office. I recommend him to all my clients and friends who need chiropractic. http://www.sfchiropractor.org read more

I would give Dr. Le more than 5 stars if I could! I had back pain for awhile and after coming in for a couple sessions, I feel sooo much better! I love how there is absolutely no wait time, you come in and plop on a massage table for about 30min then you get Dr. Le working on you for about 30min. He really takes care of you and thoroughly works on the area where you have pain/tension! He is super caring and friendly, my def my go to chiro!!! :) read more

Received a referral from a resident in a building I manage. The cost seemed reasonable and the good review enticed me. I've been training for Distance running (I'm 58 years old) and it's beating the crap out of me to the point I was thinking of giving up and just sticking to my Cycling. Lower back Hips Hamstring Issues with sports injuries earlier in life. Dr. Mike had a fantastic professional but, friendly demeanor. He is also a "runner" so, a win,win for me. He was very well versed in all the pertinent jargon and began working on my decrepit body immediately. By the time I left I was feeling somewhat out of it (in a good way). I was relaxed and within an hour I felt no pain at all. I did go out and beat myself up Saturday (cycling) and Sunday (running). I'm looking forward to my Monday appointment only to be healed again : ) read more

Dr Le has been quick to respond, flexible with my schedule and is a genius at what he does. Despite my vague description of the pain, he isolated it immediately. A pleasure to deal with him and his office. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Le for over ten years. When I first started seeing him I was having upper back pain, trouble sleeping, and had chronic strep throat. I felt run-down and depressed, and was contemplating having my tonsils removed. He worked on me gently, and fixed my back within a few weeks. My mind and body grew strong, and my immune system recovered. I never had strep throat again. About five years ago, I was working at a start-up doing a lot of data-entry and my arms and neck began to hurt. The pain increased to the point that I was unable to do simple tasks like carrying shopping bags, and I could no longer do downward dog or any postures that put weight on my arms. He helped me alleviate the symptoms of my repetitive stress injury, and gave me techniques to prevent flare-ups. His kindness and support helped me overcome the emotional and psychological challenges in my life. He always treated the whole of me, not just one part of my body, but he saw my pain as connected to my mind, my emotions, and my relationship....the person I was in the world. He has become a true friend over the years, and his office is always a sanctuary. A safe place to retreat and deal with whatever physical or emotional problems ail me. I always leave feeling better, my body as well as my mind and soul. You wont find a more caring, sincere, earnest, and generous person than Dr. Le. In him you don't just get a chiropractor, you get a psychotherapist, a life coach, and in time, a friend who genuinely has your best interest at heart. Invest in a relationship with a great chiropractor like Dr. Le, it will pay you back a thousand fold, and improve the quality of your internal and external life. read more

Dr. Le knows what he's doing. I walked in on Saturday morning about a month ago out of desperation because I could barely get out of bed in the mornings. I was hesitant to seek out a chiropractor because the first time I hurt my back a year ago I had seen a chiropractor who treated me for two months and I would still have trouble walking around after sitting for an hour. I am so glad I gave Dr. Le a try as treatment with him has been life changing. If you're reading this review, you're probably in pain, and you know that the pain not only wears on you physically, but grinds you down mentally and emotionally. I was depressed and exhausted all the time. I've been there. But life doesn't have to go on like that, things can and will get better! After I finished the paperwork, Dr. Let squeezed me in for a quick less than 5 min checkup in between appointments to see if he could do anything for me just to ease my condition a little while I waited. (That was so nice of him!) Unfortunately my condition was pretty severe so he sent me to follow Barbara (really sweet receptionist/assistant) to another room where there were 3 massage tables so she could apply heat to my back while I continued to wait. The heat relaxed the muscles, which made me feel better, but also readied me for the manipulation that the dr was going to perform soon. This happens at every appointment: you don't wait sitting around in waiting rooms while your back is hating your for exacerbating the condition, you actually get some form of treatment as you're waiting for treatment. After a while, Barbara or Dr Le turns on the massage button and these roller things under the bed go up and down to loosen your muscles up some more. Also, there's really soothing nature sounds/ meditation music playing in the background. Whenever I go to the Doc I leave behind the day's worries and just enjoy my time there. Dr. Le is also super caring. He listens (and remembers) what you tell him. This is weird to admit but I think he knows my pain and my body better than I do sometimes. After my first appointment I could already feel my body responding. After two weeks I could bend down without much pain. I still see him once a week now, and next week I plan on jogging for a bit, which is something I haven't done in over a year now. Thank you, Dr. Le, for helping me get my life back! read more

I go to his location on Larkin St, great doctor and a really nice guy. Totally fixes me all up.

I would give him a 10 if I could. He is by far one of the best chiropractors around. Unlike the others who put you on table and crack you, in out 10 mins treatment. Dr. Le incorporates heat, traction, massage and adjustment. Be prepare to be in his office for an hour. He also does not hard sell. He will not say you have to come in for so many treatments. The fee he charges is also a fraction of what chiropractors charge elsewhere! read more

I've been to a few chiropractors in the last 10 years, and Dr. Le is by far my favorite. The first thing I did when I moved to SF was find a chiropractor. I found him through my health insurance network, and crossed my fingers for the best. I was pleasantly surprised at first impression! He is very articulate, considerate and takes his time with you. He doesn't just adjust you right away. Dr. Le makes sure your muscles are at ease first. He's able to adjust my neck sitting upright in a chair, which is my preference and pretty difficult. I felt comfortable with him right away, and now 13+ months later I still enjoy his visiting his office. read more

I was hit by a car in Feb. I was treating with another doctor who moved out of the US. Dr. Le never missed a beat, and continued with my aggressive and comprehensive treatment. And I am happy to say my mobility is at 99.65%. read more

My husband and I both go to Dr. Mike Le and he is SOOO effective at what he does. We've been to many chiropractors in San Francisco and San Diego, and Dr. Le is by far the best. Over the past few days I had a massive headache and severe neck tension. Today I went to see Dr. Le and he made the headache and tension disappear. It was wonderful. He knows exactly where your bones are "stuck" and corrects it with massage and adjustments. I highly recommend Dr. Le! read more

Just came from seeing Dr. Le for the first time. I somehow twisted my back in my sleep and was in excruciating pain all night. I called as soon as I woke up in the morning and his front desk receptionist/assistant was extremely accommodating and friendly and got me in right away. My back was super locked up but Dr. Le took a lot of extra time to massage, use heat, etc. to get it to loosen up before he was FINALLY able to move my back. After 10 minutes or so of trying to get it to move with no luck I felt like giving up but Dr. Le kept working and finally I got some relief! I immediately felt better and able to relax a bit more - and I'm still in a bit of shock as to how he got my back to adjust at all. Beyond just physically feeling better, however, what I appreciated about Dr. Le was his patience and understanding. I was in pain and vulnerable and he made me comfortable and able to trust him almost immediately - which is hard for a lot of doctors to do but I firmly believe is essential to the healing process. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and going to him from now on. Thank you Dr. Le! read more

I sought out Dr. Mike Le after someone rear-ended me in a car accident. His office was close to my house and he had pretty good reviews from other patients. 2 perks that I look for when searching for someone/something. The initial consultation was a breeze. We sat down to talk about the accident and my expectations from the treatment. From there I had 2 appointments per week then soon after went down to 1 appointment per week. Making appointments was easy. The Dr. is really flexible with time especially for those who work 9-6 like I do. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Le. He is kind, honest and will help you get back on the road to recovery. read more

I would not recommend this chiropractor for anyone. Three years ago, I went in hoping to get relief with my shoulder pain from sleeping. When he was treating my shoulder pain, he was using full force on a petite person like me. Immediately, my entire arm which had no pain at all was in severe pain. I had so much pain that I could not sleep at night. It took many treatments before the severe pain on my arm went away but as of today I still have the numbness on my arm and finger.
