I've been seeing Dr. Joe since 2022 (I think) and honestly if there is one thing I recommend people to, it's getting adjusted with Dr. Joe. He is attentive, kind, compassionate, honest, and hilarious. He's seen me through twisted tibias, a messed up knee, and more. It's not your typical 8 minute quick crack-crack-crack. He takes his time and also relaxes the muscles to ensure the adjustments are of best quality. In any case, I trust him with my chiropractic needs and the needs of those I love (which in my eyes is a bigger deal!). In fact, I encourage my staff to go see him since our job is so physically laborious. Additionally, Jen and Dr. Nolan are wonderful too. This is a long overdue review! My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Joe for about 4 years now. He is awesome and incredibly knowledgeable--he always takes the time to explain what causes the pain and discomfort, helping me understand my body better. Along with adjustments, he guides me through exercises to strengthen the necessary areas, which has really helped improve my discomforts. Jen is very responsive and always stays on top of scheduling, making everything smooth and easy. She also does a great job with the themed office decorations, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Been coming to Dr. Joe for the last two and a half years. He's amazing!! I never been to a chiropractor before and Dr. Joe is verbal with all the things he's doing and what it'll do. I was nervous coming in but he made things so much more comfortable as he carried on a small chitchat throughout the whole session. I always feel re-enegerized after an appointment. Both joe and his assistant Jen are incredibly nice people, and you will not only get great back care, but excellent service in general. I am seriously impressed with Joe and his assistant. Both of them are excellent. I feel like a million bucks after I get adjusted from Joe. Jen is incredibly sweet, and I appreciate her giving me my appointment reminders. Joe's initial assessment really impressed me. He took pictures of how uneven my feet were before my adjustment and then after he corrected it. My hips were not even either, he fixed all that as well. My ankle was hurting when I tried to run after the car accident, and I really appreciate that he took care of that because I NEED TO RUN for my overall mental health. Dr. Joe's the best, super friendly easy to talk to, understanding. I got rear ended during my 2nd trimester and my friend referred me to Joe's Chiropractic and he was able to see me within the week I contacted him. He gave me tips talked to me what to expect in regards to being pregnant. The only time I ever see a chiro is when I get into car accidents and in comparison to my other 2 chiro experiences with different Chiro's I feel the most different and amazing after seeing Dr. Joe. I've tried heat lamps, muscle stimulator stickers, slight massages here and there but the cracking from Joe hits another level of relaxation. I was never able to bend my neck all the way back due to previous accidents but seeing Joe every week I now was able to with better mobility on my shoulders to lower back. I have one session with Dr Joe and I can not stress how excellent it was. I was looking for just a basic adjustment for sporadic lower back pain and upper back pain and tightness. During the initial evaluation I mentioned pain that I have been experiencing in my shoulders more so he would be careful to not aggravate the pain in my shoulders, however he treated my shoulders as well. I still have pain in my shoulders but the range of motion has improved and the pain has been reduced. He also gave me an adjustment on my lower back and upper back areas while explaining what he was doing and the purpose of why he was doing what he was doing. First time coming to see Dr. Joe and he did an amazing job. He is friendly and professional and explains a lot in detail so you understand what exactly the problems are and how to fix them. After my adjustment I definitely noticed a difference. For me my hip was elevated and once he corrected that I really noticed a big difference in my overall balance when I walk. Felt a lot more stable. Also driving home I noticed more blood flow throughout my face, probably from all the adjustments to my neck and back area. I cannot believe how light I felt after getting adjusted by Dr Joe. I was feeling a lot of tension from giving birth plus the physical demands of being a new mom so I needed the adjustment to go well and it did! Finding a healthcare provider like Dr. Joe is truly like finding a needle in a haystack. He's effective, approachable, and knowledgable (and so generous with sharing what he knows!). I first started seeing Dr. Joe after an injury and he was able to help me feel so much better after just a few visits. This alone made me appreciate him but what made Dr. Joe truly stellar in my book is this: THREE previous chiropractors and THREE physical therapists over 10 years couldn't do for me what Dr. Joe did in 5 minutes. This was my first time at Joe's Chiropractic and my experience with Dr. Joe change my perspective of how chiropractors treat their patients. I've gone to many chiropractors in my life time and usually every chiropractor does somewhat of the same routine and adjustments. However, Dr. Joe takes the time to palpate troubled areas and find the main culprit that's causing the issue. Dr. Joe took the time to listen about the injuries, pained areas, and what I've been doing to alleviate these symptoms. We both conversed in depth of how I should treat my injuries and pain. My adjustments were phenomenal! At the age 40 and going to many chiropractors, I have not experienced such a release of tension on my left should blade and lower backs. I have been trying my hardest to release the tension myself but Dr. Joe in one just push and five audible clicks melted the tension away. I definitely recommend Dr. Joe as he's not like the other chiropractors I've seen in my past. With all the sports injuries, work repetitiveness injuries and car accidents I've accumulated through my life, I believe I have finally found the one. I first went to Dr.Joe with my husband after hearing rave reviews from my husbands 1st time experience with Dr.Joe. He had told me that Dr.Joe explains your individual situation in regards to your body mechanics. At your 1st visit he gives a description of what he currently sees and the direction and goal of where he would like for your body to be and feel in the future. His office space is very clean and incorporates a lot of protocols due to COVID-19 such as wearing a mask, temperature checks, disposable face sheets, disinfecting the chair between each patient, contactless payments and scheduling. I started to go see Dr.Joe at the very tail end of my pregnancy and am currently seeing him throughout my post partum journey. He gives great advise for new moms in regards to exercises to help strengthen my neck, lower back and core. These are all problem areas that are effected from holding the baby, nursing/breast feeding etc. He takes his time during my visit and I never feel rushed.
