If there was an option for zero stars, this is what this company deserves. While they make great promises of loading and moving your furniture, the end result is disastrous. The furniture arrived damaged beyond repair and somehow it is not their responsibility. I would NEVER recommend this company. They know they damaged the furniture but lack honor and integrity - zero restitution!!!! read more

Sad I had to give them even one star. Booked 3 movers only 2 showed up for the first 3 hours. My husband had to ask one to stay off his phone. They packed so badly we had to replace 4 rooms of furniture. Book them at your own risk because they say they have no responsibility if you drive out of town. read more

We have used them twice over the past 5 years and had an excellent experience both times. They took great care of our things, including antique furniture. They carefully wrapped our furniture and took extra precautions to ensure no damage was done to our hardwood floors! Joe and Devon were our recent movers and they were amazing! I received a quote from Janet for a 3rd floor move to duplex across town with approximately 30 boxes. I was given $70 an hour with 2 workers. They began at 9 AM and arrived at 3:30 PM. Then I was told that I should have gotten a flat rate for 2 bedroom, I told them I wasn't offered that. Then when I called the office to complain I was told by one employee that I could have gotten another worker for an additional $80, which I would have gladly paid to not pay for 8 hours. I also paid a friend to help them un-load or it would have been more than the $560 for Luttrell and $40 for the friend. Owner, John said he would look into it, but never bothered to call me back. I booked two helpers to help me load a rented truck two days before my move when another company bailed on me. Not only was it easy to book and confirm, but the rates were very reasonable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they arrived 15 minutes late; however, they did call ahead to let me know, which I appreciated. They also worked dilligently to get everything loaded in less than 2 hours. They were very respectful, kind, and took great care with all of my belongings.
