They have worked with us for many odd requests; disposal of overstocked collectibles in a secure area, dumpster size changes and drop offs, even scheduled a time to pick up an old bed even after it has rained on the mattress for two days. Another fun exchange is they give everyone (at least in my area) gets hand written Christmas cards with candy every year, thanking us. We always make sure to give the guys cookies.
