We live in MN and after packing up our suv at the Omaha hotel to head back home, somehow the auto start push button was stuck pressed down. This hero answered my phone call, while out running errands and said he'd swing on by. He not only very quickly and inexpensively dismantled it in a hotel parking lot he made it so we were able to drive the 6+ hours home without a worry. Will never use this company again. Called before I dropped off my mower to have a simple service…read moredone told me it would take a week to do, dropped mower off a week later I called to see if it was finished told he was 2 weeks out but would have it finished before the weekend. He did not. So I went to their shop to see it was finished. It was still not finished. So he then told he would have it finished in the morning. I waited until 530pm to go and pick it and big surprise still not finished . While beening treated like I'm Stupid for coming to pick up my mower.
