I stopped by Lusso for the first time to use a gift card I had received. From the moment I walked in the store it was so cute and welcoming! I was asked several times if they could assist me in shopping. They have a large variety of items including clothing, gifts, kitchen items, bath and body, jewelry, and children's items. Some have high price tags but there is a large range of prices to fit everyone's needs. I got the cutest basket with neon colors to put in our new baby's room, a mini crock pot baker to gift my brother, and a funny 2020 toilet paper ornament. They recommend using their gift wrapping services and you'll be happy you did! Everything is wrapped very fashionably. I was definitely impressed by my first stop in and returned a week later for some funny Christmas cards. Lusso is the prob the best overall boutique in STL. It def has the most unique mix of items, from the cutest home decor, candles and soaps, to clothing and accessories. The clothing and shoe selection is limited (intentionally, I am sure), but you can always find some great pieces, and what that section may lack in quantity, is more than made up by all of the other fab finds in the store. I've been telling everyone that it's the perf place to find a gift for your girl friends, but I'll admit, I have yet to give away anything I have gotten here. Lusso is a gift/home/clothing boutique. The prices are high but appropriate for the neighborhood, I suppose. The clothing selection is limited but includes beautiful pieces from Nanette Lepore, cute dresses from Johnny Was and tees from James Perse. They have beautiful jewelry, candles and home decor items, along with some body care items and unique greeting cards. I couldn't afford to shop here regularly. I didn't see even one item that was marked down. Maybe they do so well that they don't need a sale rack. The staff was very friendly on my three visits this week. read more

Oohh. I love Lusso. You know why? Their jewelry. Lusso is a gift boutique in a Ritz-y part of town (it's literally in the shadow of the Ritz Carlton in Clayton). They have all sorts of things from kitchen & home decor to items for kids and pets. They have an abbreviated selection of women's clothes, including a few items by Nanette Lepore. Needless to say, nothing in Lusso is super affordable but it's good for a splurge. And splurge I did (well...my mom did the actual splurging on my behalf) - on a necklace by Melissa Joy Manning, who I think is my new favorite jewelry designer. Stopped in on a recent business trip to the area to pick up a travel candle for my hotel room. Found exactly what I was looking for, and more. Love the matchboxes with clever quotes (I'm a sucker for good matchbooks/boxes), and the jewelry is AWESOME! Unique, indie designers, and I must say a good amount of it is also pretty reasonably priced. I am kind of regretting not getting this great cocktail ring made out of an old coin they had.... which reminds me, a lot of the stuff in here seemed to be re-purposed, up-cycled, green, vintage, etc. which is a nice touch. Yes, some of the stuff is pretty expensive, but then again some of it isn't. So really no harm in looking around, you might find something that fits your taste and your budget. The lady working was SO friendly, helpful, attentive, and gave me some tips on nearby restaurants. A wonderful interaction. The clothing selection was OK but a little bit casual for my taste. The Swedish Hasbeens clogs were supercute though. read more

If I need a gift for my wife this is the place I go to. The ladies who work here are very helpful when it comes to picking things out. I don't always know what jewelry or home items my wife will like, but with a little bit of help I usually get it right :). A fabulous boutique to find beautiful jewelry and amazing clothing at all price points.
