I'm just starting to venture out shopping at this place thanks to a friend of mine and so far I've been very pleased with them. I love walking into the store and seeing all the handcrafted items such as soaps, bath bombs and masks they have on display. These kind of things give the store a very natural, homemade down to earth kind of feel to it and I feel more relaxed looking around. They have so many items available for your entire body: hair, face, feet, hands, teeth, lips, deodorant and skin and I love that they are all natural ingredients! The happy happy joy joy conditioner I bought has been the best conditioner I've ever used in my life. EVER! I've never felt my hair so soft before and it's wonderful. I have also purchased a shampoo bar which was just as amazing. I am really loving the fact that I don't have to fool with a bottle anymore and that should also come in handy the next time I get on a plane. I had my doubts in the beginning if this small round bar would lather up enough so that I could wash my hair with it but it went above and beyond leaving my hair clean, tingly and refreshed. My other purchase was a lotion bar (again no more bottles) that when held in your hand and conformed to room temperature softens up enough that I can just rub it wherever I need it. The employee at the store mentioned that it was really good to use after getting out of the shower, with your skin still damp, so that it could lock in any extra moisture. All I know is that everything I've purchased from here has been amazing and good for my hair and skin so far. The store employees are also very knowledgeable and generous in supplying me with several samples of items to take home after each visit. The products at Lush aren't cheap but the old saying of "you get what you pay for" is definitely true when it comes to the products found here. These products are definitely worth it!! read more

I am SO psyched LUSH has come to Tulsa!!! I fell in love with their products when I visited a store in California a while back and have since then been buying them online. Now I won't have to worry about shipping charges! I love the way the store is organized and the displays are great. LUSH stands for Lot's of Unbelievable and Sweet Handmade products, in case you didn't know...Most of their products are 100% vegetarian (some have lanolin), 81% vegan, and 60% preservative-free. Need I say more?! Yes, they are definitely pricier than your regular products but let me tell you they are SO worth it and I wouldn't change them for anything. I can totally tell a difference when I use them, they ARE good for your skin/hair. My favorite products are the Stepping Stone foot scrub, R & B hair styling, Chocolate Whipstick lip balm, and their Sweet Lips scrub (infused with cocoa and vanilla, you can totally eat it too, it tastes like chocolate chip cookies!). Most of their products smell so good you feel like you can eat them..and they look like colorful ice cream too! Customer service is great too! I went to LUSH for their grand opening party. I walked in....ok, squeezed in, tried to buy something, eventually put it back and walked out. It was insanely crowded, like against the fire code crowded. I let the party atmosphere die down and I went back a few weeks later to check it out for real. It was a little crowded in some areas of the store, but I could deal. I checked out the Fresh Face Masks since you can only buy them in-store. They are made of fresh ingredients, instead of chemicals and preservatives, so they can't be sold online and they have to be kept in the fridge. With a little help from a sales associate I decided on 'Love Lettuce' - this one is safe for all skin types and is made of ground almonds, ground almond shells, seaweed, French lavender oil, kaolin clay, and honey. It's very exfoliating and leaves my skin so soft! I also checked out the bath bombs. My sister-in-law had brought me a few after her trip to Florida, and I fell in love with the scent and moisturizing powers. Some of the bombs are huge, and can be broken up to be used over a period of time, so don't be alarmed by the price tag. They have seasonal bath bombs as well as their regular lineup, so visit often to check out what they have. In the middle of the store they have giant slabs of soap that bars can be sliced off of. They smell amazing, and they look so pretty. The rest of the store is full of other handmade goodies: facial care, body care, hair products, teeth products, lipsticks, shower gels, lip scrub (edible, yum!).....lots of good stuff! This place is definitely worth checking out. And if you have a question about anything definitely ask a sales associate, they are very knowledgeable. read more

I love this store! They are always so friendly and willing to help. I was in the store this week looking for something for a weekend getaway with my husband and wanted to try something new. After trying a few scents and chatting with a sales person, I chose Trichomania, a coconut based solid shampoo that would work well with color treated hair and The Comforter, a bubble bar that just smelled heavenly and was told would leave my skin super soft. After being checked out, the staff even told me to have a great trip! I love this store; they have wonderful people there. I will come back again and again! read more

I was impressed with this store! I have passed by this place in the mall several times and finally went in today. I knew nothing about the products. All the girls working were willing to take time and introduce me to this amazing line. My senses were being filled with all different natural fragrances. I would give 5 stars to the service at this store and 2 stars to the products. I decided to try out some Lush products since they have such a cult following. The salesperson in the store was incredibly helpful and really just could not have done a better job answering all my questions and recommending products. I have now tried as assortment of bath bombs and a lotion bar. I think the stuff all smells amazing and the products are really unique, but I just haven't found them to be as good at their jobs as non-Lush products. For example, all the bath bombs are fun for like 2 minutes while they fizz but then they die out and you're left with creepy colored bath water. Just not my thing I guess. But if you're into their products, this particular store is great. read more

I walked into the store tonight and it was packed with people. An employee quickly noticed me trying to look around to find what I came in for. She helped me find exactly what I needed and I mentioned to her that I adore the lavender sleepy lotion but i always seem to come in when it's out of stock. She then went into the back and brought me a tub out and more for the floor. I was so thrilled that she did that for me that I bought 3 more items as well just because I felt so spoiled! Even the cashier was super sweet and did a great job explaining how proceeds for special bags went to women who were rescued from sex trafficking.. I don't want to go too low with my rating because they were busy and a staff member did briefly acknowledge my presence. I have purchased various Lush skincare and haircare products online for more than a decade and I adore their product line. But to be honest, if I'd never tried the products and walked into this store I'd probably walk right back out again. It is very small, everything is displayed open and customers are encouraged to be very "hands on" with the products. I guess in theory it's great but I don't really know what you're going to do with a lot of these products outside of the shower. "Try me" on a shampoo bottle? I mean, sure you can smell the heavenly fragrance of the American Cream conditioner but you can't exactly try it without buying. Anyway, I know I'm a bit too introverted to be the shopper who just falls into a new-to-me store and allows myself to be guided at great length through an entire product line. But between the heavy scents (even those I love dearly and use daily), the messiness of displays (meant to be inviting) and the crowded small space, I was out in a flash. Another thing was, the prices were the same as I pay online and there didn't seem to be any specials or sales in-store like I kind of hoped to find. In my brief visit, I really scoured the place thinking surely they would have some unpopular product or scent I could pick up for a percentage off...nope! And while I loved their music selection, it was just about 5 times too loud for the store, in my opinion. Staff members were shouting to be heard and it was all very chaotic. On the positive side...I have found all of their hair care and skin care products to be amazing and I especially enjoy the Cup O' Coffee mask lately. read more
