Amazing products my skin is glowing I recommend the oatmeal mask an cinnamon shampoo left my hair clean and smelled great

Great helpful staff and excellent products I can't live without. It is a different kind of retail experience, just relax, and let the staff do what they do best-show wonderful things and pamper you while they do it. read more

Probably the best experience at lush I've had since shopping here every few months for the last 4 years. I live all the way near Burbank but still drink all the way out to T.O so I can get the quality service of this lush store. Ashley helped me and was very helpful with suggesting something for my hair and make sure to educate me on what I had already purchased. Also a nice young man was at the door and greeted me and helped me on the floor while picking out some products. 10/10 coustumer service for the staff and very surprised to see everyone helping someone it was a nice flow to a flowing environment. Will be back soon! read more

Last Friday was my first time in an actual Lush store. My boyfriend previously bought products for me. This store is the bomb...BATH BOMB!! I wanted everything!! Brent was super helpful and knew about all the products. I bought 8 bath bombs, the Yummy Mummy body wash and the Ocean Salt face scrub!!! The face scrub is amazing! I'm an Esthetician and this scrub is at the top of scrubs I've tried. The Sex Bomb bath bomb is FABULOUS!! My whole room smelled like a garden! I love this place and will definitely be back!! read more

I love LUSH so much. I, like many others, started with the very popular bath bomb, but i became truly addicted to these products when I ventured into skin care... Not only is this an all natural, chemical free, cruelty free line, but the products REALLY work! My skin has changed dramatically and i am always looking to try more new products from them. I always spend $50 or more when i come in here, but its money i dont mind spending to feel good and love my skin. Not to mention the customer service is always fantastic. Going to LUSH is an experience, and my favorite one every month! read more

I really love this place! I don't have time to review all of the products I've tried but I promise you they're all amazing. Skyler and Becca were very helpful read more

I hate driving to TO because of the grade, but I think I'm going to start making more visits because of this store. It is amazing; I'm like a child at a candy store. Everything smells amazing and I like that it is all natural and nothing is tested on animals. Additionally, the service is great! Every employee is very friendly, pleasant, and helpful! You're almost always greeted and everyone is so attentive, which is great because there is so much stuff. Don't be afraid to ask questions! Literally, all you have to do is ask for anything for any part of your body, and they'll bring it out of the hole it was hiding from. They also do a try before you buy thing there with free demos and take home samples of product so definitely ask an employee to take advantage of that. Like I said, everyone is so friendly and helpful, but the best part of the visit was a blue eyed, black haired guy Im pretty sure I made a friend in. I think his name is John (obviously we're not that close yet). Best customer service I've ever received :) read more

There is a guy named Joey, who is by far one of my favorite Sale Associates. Every time I come in he helps me out with everything I need. He doesn't push any products on you, he gives you his opinion on a product you are asking about. He is a great sales associate, I come back because he lets you shop for what you are looking for and not make you try to buy everything. No pressure! Great guy! read more

This was my first time at Lush, great experience! Thanks ladies! The staff was friendly, informative and gave me all of the samples that I asked for with a SMILE! I will definitely be going back! read more

Skylar helped my kids and I pick out some last minute gifts. Awesome service. Great place with tons of labeled vegan options.

Checked out Lush today with my girlfriend. She had been asking if I would go with her for about a week. Pretty awesome place ( I think we spent a little too much, but hey what do I know) the staff were super awesome and knew about pretty much every product and no question we had went unanswered. The environment and atmosphere was super chill. We will be going back for sure. read more

Absolutely love this location! The employees always treat me with such respect and generosity. They'll ask if you if you need any help immediately when you step into the store. Thank you guys for always being amazing!! read more

The workers here are so nice & friendly and make you feel really welcomed! Even if no one comes up to you if you start looking at products eventually they will ask you something & personally if no one comes up to me I don't get offended because I love browsing their items!! Honestly recommend this store the staff & the amount of items they have in the store is awesome! :-) read more

This store is amazing when it comes to customer service. They are friendly, helpful, and very fun to talk to. I came into the store with little information about their products but one of the employees named Love was very helpful at showing me all of the products and how they work. I will definitely be coming back to the store because after only 3 days, I see a huge difference. Excellent store!! read more

This place is the best! I have sensitive skin and every time I go I get a customized experience. The Shine so Bright, Bath Bombs and Lotions are to die for!!! They even approach my husband and ask him what product he would like as they have products for men, not many places do this when we shop together. Amazing place for unique gift ideas!!! I go into lush for a beard wash called Kalamazoo and i never really branch out for anything else because i know what i like and what works for me. Jojo first off is super stellar!! She offered to give me a sample of something called R &B and it's a hair moisturizer! It's absolute 100% amazing and helps my beard so much. Also Joey when ever i go in always greets me with a warm welcome and helps me every time! Sarz is super rad! Everyone at the Thousand Oaks location always makes my experience smooth, splendid and awesome! I appreciate all of you! read more

It's really great! Everyone's friendly(they do tend to talk a bit too much at times), the entire shop smells like heaven. Their bath bombs are super great, and so are their massage bars! Definitely worth the price! read more

Man if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The people here are always so rude every time I enter the store, they never seem to notice that I am even in the store and they always give me a death stare whenever i pick up a product. The sales associates never ask me if I need help or if I have any questions. And when I do ask for help they always seem as if they don't even want to be there. Then when I check out they are very kind and then ask me to take a survey of how they did and to rate them. read more

Can't believe the welcoming, friendly, and intelligent service the staff at this LUSH gave. I'm sort of new to LUSH, only ever went to the one in Las Vegas before this. Thought it was a weird specialty boutique and didn't realise there was one at my mall. After today and the products I just tried in my bath I can say I'm hooked for life. Got the solid shampoo and conditioner. Do yourself a favor and take a chance on this stuff. Stop lugging home plastic packaging and loads of water diluted garbage and trashing the look of your shower with packaging. Go LUSH. Seriously. My head smells like everything Beverly Hills WISHES it was. And don't get me started on the deodoant they found for me - SECRET can screw itself for good. This stuff smells like it was crafted by Pixies in trees with a magic wand. SECRET - SUAVE - I'm breaking up with your supermarket monopoly right now. Now excuse me while I go back to inhaling my hair. Thank you read more

Looooove this store. I am a fan of this location and most of all of the whole "Lush" package. No animal testing and genuinely fresh products. I haven't been able to try every product offered but if I could I very well would have by now. I have tried multiple cleansing bars, moisturizers, deodorants, toners, masks and so on. Some I like more then others but I don't have a negative thing to say about any. I'm an esthetician and skin care is not only important to me because it helps pay my bills but also because I'm educated in not only the harmful products that can hurt our skin but also all of the great ingredients that can help it and keep it in the best condition possible for as long as possible. Lush products do just that and the proof is in the ingredients. The amazing staff if just a bonus. I tell ALL of my friends and family and clients about Lush. Love. read more

My daughter loves LUSH, it's one of her favorite stores at the mall. Their products smell really good!

I love this lush location. The products are perfect and the people are super nice too. Compared to the topanga mall location, this is the best lush. Generous samples, kind workers, and a decent sized shop. read more

Great first experience here. Nico was great. He greeted me with a soft hello and a welcoming smile. Def made my trip there great

I would like to start by saying this company and it's brand is like no other. Lush represents global awareness, rebuilding and strengthening communities, fighting animal testing, and truly making an effort to change the world. (one Charity Pot at a time). I have been to several Lush stores, including one in Italy, and my experience continues to be 5-star rating. Lush in Thousand Oaks was an exceptional experience as I received a foot massage and samples of many products to help ease the pain in my feet and receive some spa treatment as well! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of their products and I am confident in trying new products when I go to Lush because of them. I definitely recommend Lush for anyone curious about them, just walk in and the employees will take care of you! read more

Morgan and Skylar were pretty much amazing. You can tell they are because I remember their names almost 3 weeks later. It was my very first time walking into a Lush store and it was pretty overwhelming. I had kind of an idea in my head of what I wanted and I completely blanked out when I saw all the products. I shop around a lot for cruelty free products and I kept seeing this company's name mentioned over and over. I am against animal testing, love animals, and HATE to think that several of them remain locked up and experimented on. I mean, just check this out: http://www.beaglefreedomproject.org. Besides this company being cruelty free, they have natural products that are all around amazing for yourself. Morgan walked me around the store and showed me several products I might have been interested in and gave me options, samples, and massages! I had just finished a workout and she recommended the wiccy magic muscles massage bar, dirty body wash, and ocean salt for my everlasting sore muscles. Best combination ever. I have never felt so refreshed and relieved. The soreness didn't magically go away, but a massage is always relaxing. Another product I will probably buy for the rest of my life is the American Cream conditioner, my hair is crazy and has a mind of its own; I would use so many products before buying this, but for some reason this conditioner with the blousey shampoo have given my hair LIFE! Morgan made that suggestion and I could not thank her enough! I rarely use hairspray anymore and my curls look soft and bouncy. And it's only been about 3 weeks of using the products! Don't let the prices scare you, they are worth it a thousand times over! They also last a long time. My very small bottle of dirty body wash isn't even half empty, and I literally shower AND bathe every day. That twice a day people! I'm currently saving up for my next Lush frenzy and hope to see helpful and familiar faces. I can't wait to go back! read more

A sales associate, Solomon, was very friendly and genuine! Being a deaf customer it was a wonderful relief that Solomon knew ASL. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Over all it was a positive experience and I would definitely go back! read more

I love this store and these products don't get me wrong, but this store is soooooo overpriced, their lip scrubs are 10$! And dont even get me started on their gift set prices! read more

On 2/2/17 my daughter and I went here for a birthday gift. We had a specific gift in mind. We were looking all over the store for the perfect gift. One associate was busy while the other two were working on some paperwork. After being in the store for 10 minutes one of the associates went to a gentleman that arrived after us and ask him if he needed help. Finally my daughter found what she wanted to give as a gift. Still no assistance. We took our items to the counter. Then first associate we saw when we came in asked if we needed help. No we needed help before coming to the register. Very poor customer service. That is the first and last time I will ever go to that location. Every customer is important. I would have purchased products from us but after that treat I choose to only purchase the birthday gift and get out of the store. If we had more time I would not have purchased anything from there. read more
