He doesn't push any products on you, he gives you his opinion on a product you are asking about. Last Friday was my first time in an actual Lush store. My boyfriend previously bought products for me. This store is the bomb...BATH BOMB!! I wanted everything!! Brent was super helpful and knew about all the products. I bought 8 bath bombs, the Yummy Mummy body wash and the Ocean Salt face scrub!!! The face scrub is amazing! I'm an Esthetician and this scrub is at the top of scrubs I've tried. The Sex Bomb bath bomb is FABULOUS!! My whole room smelled like a garden! I love LUSH so much. I, like many others, started with the very popular bath bomb, but i became truly addicted to these products when I ventured into skin care... Not only is this an all natural, chemical free, cruelty free line, but the products REALLY work! My skin has changed dramatically and i am always looking to try more new products from them. I always spend $50 or more when i come in here, but its money i dont mind spending to feel good and love my skin. Not to mention the customer service is always fantastic. I hate driving to TO because of the grade, but I think I'm going to start making more visits because of this store. It is amazing; I'm like a child at a candy store. Everything smells amazing and I like that it is all natural and nothing is tested on animals. Additionally, the service is great! Every employee is very friendly, pleasant, and helpful! You're almost always greeted and everyone is so attentive, which is great because there is so much stuff. Don't be afraid to ask questions! Literally, all you have to do is ask for anything for any part of your body, and they'll bring it out of the hole it was hiding from. They also do a try before you buy thing there with free demos and take home samples of product so definitely ask an employee to take advantage of that. Like I said, everyone is so friendly and helpful, but the best part of the visit was a blue eyed, black haired guy Im pretty sure I made a friend in. I go into lush for a beard wash called Kalamazoo and i never really branch out for anything else because i know what i like and what works for me. Jojo first off is super stellar!! She offered to give me a sample of something called R &B and it's a hair moisturizer! It's absolute 100% amazing and helps my beard so much. Also Joey when ever i go in always greets me with a warm welcome and helps me every time! Sarz is super rad! Man if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The people here are always so rude every time I enter the store, they never seem to notice that I am even in the store and they always give me a death stare whenever i pick up a product. The sales associates never ask me if I need help or if I have any questions. And when I do ask for help they always seem as if they don't even want to be there. Then when I check out they are very kind and then ask me to take a survey of how they did and to rate them. read more

Can't believe the welcoming, friendly, and intelligent service the staff at this LUSH gave. I'm sort of new to LUSH, only ever went to the one in Las Vegas before this. Thought it was a weird specialty boutique and didn't realise there was one at my mall. After today and the products I just tried in my bath I can say I'm hooked for life. Got the solid shampoo and conditioner. Do yourself a favor and take a chance on this stuff. Stop lugging home plastic packaging and loads of water diluted garbage and trashing the look of your shower with packaging. Go LUSH. Seriously. My head smells like everything Beverly Hills WISHES it was. And don't get me started on the deodoant they found for me - SECRET can screw itself for good. Looooove this store. I am a fan of this location and most of all of the whole "Lush" package. No animal testing and genuinely fresh products. I haven't been able to try every product offered but if I could I very well would have by now. I have tried multiple cleansing bars, moisturizers, deodorants, toners, masks and so on. Some I like more then others but I don't have a negative thing to say about any. I'm an esthetician and skin care is not only important to me because it helps pay my bills but also because I'm educated in not only the harmful products that can hurt our skin but also all of the great ingredients that can help it and keep it in the best condition possible for as long as possible. Lush products do just that and the proof is in the ingredients. The amazing staff if just a bonus. I tell ALL of my friends and family and clients about Lush. Love. read more

I have been to several Lush stores, including one in Italy, and my experience continues to be 5-star rating. Lush in Thousand Oaks was an exceptional experience as I received a foot massage and samples of many products to help ease the pain in my feet and receive some spa treatment as well! Morgan and Skylar were pretty much amazing. You can tell they are because I remember their names almost 3 weeks later. It was my very first time walking into a Lush store and it was pretty overwhelming. I had kind of an idea in my head of what I wanted and I completely blanked out when I saw all the products. I shop around a lot for cruelty free products and I kept seeing this company's name mentioned over and over. I am against animal testing, love animals, and HATE to think that several of them remain locked up and experimented on. I mean, just check this out: http://www.beaglefreedomproject.org. Besides this company being cruelty free, they have natural products that are all around amazing for yourself. Morgan walked me around the store and showed me several products I might have been interested in and gave me options, samples, and massages! I had just finished a workout and she recommended the wiccy magic muscles massage bar, dirty body wash, and ocean salt for my everlasting sore muscles. Best combination ever. I have never felt so refreshed and relieved. The soreness didn't magically go away, but a massage is always relaxing. Another product I will probably buy for the rest of my life is the American Cream conditioner, my hair is crazy and has a mind of its own; I would use so many products before buying this, but for some reason this conditioner with the blousey shampoo have given my hair LIFE! Morgan made that suggestion and I could not thank her enough! I rarely use hairspray anymore and my curls look soft and bouncy. And it's only been about 3 weeks of using the products! Don't let the prices scare you, they are worth it a thousand times over! They also last a long time. My very small bottle of dirty body wash isn't even half empty, and I literally shower AND bathe every day. That twice a day people! On 2/2/17 my daughter and I went here for a birthday gift. We had a specific gift in mind. We were looking all over the store for the perfect gift. One associate was busy while the other two were working on some paperwork. After being in the store for 10 minutes one of the associates went to a gentleman that arrived after us and ask him if he needed help. Finally my daughter found what she wanted to give as a gift. Still no assistance. We took our items to the counter. Then first associate we saw when we came in asked if we needed help. No we needed help before coming to the register. Very poor customer service. That is the first and last time I will ever go to that location. Every customer is important. I would have purchased products from us but after that treat I choose to only purchase the birthday gift and get out of the store. If we had more time I would not have purchased anything from there. read more
