This place is always busy but they keep the store well staffed for customers. I've never felt stalked by employees or felt any pressure to buy. They are there to help, but they don't crowd you. If you love bath bombs and other bath and shower products this is the place for you. I bought both an orange scrub and a pineapple shower gel. Customer service is overbearing. Every two steps I took the employee would bug me. Exact encounter: "Are you looking for something specific?" "No just looking. Thank you though!" "What products do you normally like?" Honestly, I pretended not to hear her and continued looking on my own. Pops back up next to me commenting on some scent or product asking if I've tried it. "No..." with a polite smile. Apparently still doesn't get the hint as I continue browsing. "Have you tried our hair products??" "I have actually. Thanks." "Oh which ones have you tried??" We love this Lush store! Every time we come in, Mia knows our daughter by name and lets her play with all the soaps and bubbles. Because of that, our daughter insists that every bath she takes needs a bath bomb so we are sure to stock up every time we visit. I've also used Lush for easy holiday gifts for all of my team members. Everyone loves them and they make it super easy. Definitely stop in when you're in downtown Naperville! read more

A LUSH store finally made it to Naperville!! I came here for their opening this Friday, February 21st. There was a modest line outside waiting for their doors to open, but after they opened, the store was soon flooded with people! The store is situated on Main Street between Giordano's and QBBQ. It doesn't look too big from a street view, but when you walk in, the place is beautifully built and there is plenty of room to walk through! It's not the biggest LUSH store, but all your favorites and bestsellers are available and I suspect they will house more seasonal, limited edition items as they arrive! Plenty of mirrors, sinks, and bowls also around the store so multiple customers can try out the products! Everything you could potentially want is available at LUSH. Body lotions, scrubs, bubble bars, bath bombs, shower gels, soaps, perfume, and other bath and body care is all here! They have such a high popularity and cult following among all age groups due to their ethically sourced, naturally-derived ingredients, sustainable practices, and charity support. They also make the coolest and most unique products that often stay around, which make them stand out for their innovative and creative ability. If you're curious about any of their products, they are more than happy to not only explain the product, but also give you a sample and demo it out for you. They have small and large sizes of everything except for the bath bombs and more unique products, so if you're unsure, you can pick up a small version to try or for travel! The register area is smaller, with a line quick to grow, but you can also purchase products via card or Apple Pay from one of the associates on the floor quickly to bypass the line! Aly, Vicki, and Becca all helped me and were the sweetest girls here. They are only few of the amazing and super friendly staff here that check back with you and help you find everything you are looking for! I was interested in purchasing one of their charity pots and wanted to find a specific charity to donate to, and Becca legit checked every Charity Pot for me to find the specific charity to donate to. Charity Pot is a product that donates 100% of your money upon purchase to the charity printed on its label) I asked Vicki for help with some of my skin concerns, and she spent time with me walking through what she recommended and offered samples for me to take home. Aly (store manager) was so sweet and got the first bath bomb going in the water for me to demo. It was absolutely beautiful to watch in the water. Aly and her team were so prepared for the store launch - amazing job and congratulations!! This location will only grow in popularity once the weather gets warmer. Nicely located on Main St. near the Ulta and Sephora in downtown Naperville. I usually avoid the Lush stores because their sales people are so aggressive, Not this location! They let me browse to my heart's content. Helpful, and not pushy...they are dog and kid friendly, too. I walked out with a haul, and look forward to frequenting this location again! I love this location! The staff there is so nice and they usually always have the best selling products in stock! The other night I did an online order. when I picked it up and brought it home there was an item missing. I called them immediately and they apologized and set aside the item I was missing. I stopped into this Lush a few days ago to shop around and I cannot express how friendly and kind the entire staff was! They looked up information for me, shared more about online shopping options, gave great suggestions, and much more. It was so wonderful to experience great customer service - and they enforced that folks keep on their masks and gave a great demonstration on how to smell their products haha! Two weekends ago, I took my five year old to this location to pick out some bath bombs for his best friends birthday. My son is autistic so he can be a handful. Aly was so helpful and comfortable with my son! She explained to him how bath bombs work and she let him test one out in the sink. My son was so happy and mesmerized! So I just moved here from Alabama and I went to lush for the first time yesterday (they didn't have one in Alabama but I've always wanted to go to one) and because of COVID they have a table at the door so you can't go inside. But they were so incredibly helpful and GENUINE. They really know their products and they don't push whatsoever. I think the girl that helped me was Becca and it was really like having a personal shopper and I had so much fun. Since it was my first time she wanted to give me some extra goodies and I thought it would be some puny samples but she legit gave me a free bath bomb and body lotion. I always feel very safe regarding COVID when I am in this store. All the staff are wearing masks and customers are required too as well. You also have to wash your hands as soon as you come in or you can use hand sanitizer. Last time I checked, you are able to pick up and smell any product as long as you washed your hands when you first came in. But, you are not allowed to open any of the black or clear containers and smell the product that's inside of them. Overall this is an amazing store. The only thing I don't like is that there is one worker that does lie a little bit about the products just to try and sell them to you. read more

Let me just say I LOVE this lush location! I stopped by when I realized we were able to go into store today and the staff were amazing with product description and tips. I got a fresh face mask, hair treatment, shampoo bar, and samples! I hasn't even known samples were a thing then boom she was filling cute mini pots so I could see which products I liked best.
